Black Clover recently made some noise after a movie announcement and an ultimate plot revelation in the series. The last instalment of the Black Clover anime was released in 2021, hence fans are looking forward to Black Clover Season 5. We’ve compiled a list of 12 anime like Black Clover to watch while waiting for the return of Asta and the gang.

  1. Fairy Tail

    Fairy Tail follows the adventures of the dragon-slayer wizard Natsu Dragneel in a world where wizards reign supreme in several guilds. Natsu sets out to find his vanished adoptive father, the dragon Igneel, with the help of his eccentric crew.

    Natsu is joined by Lucy Heartfilia, a celestial wizard maiden; Natsu's partner, Happy; Gray Fullbuster, an ice wizard; Erza Scarlet, a magical knight; Wendy Marvell, a dragon slayer wizard; and Carla, her partner.

    They fight alongside one other on a journey that takes them against criminals, unlawful dark guilds, and the cursed wizard Zeref's ancient ethereal demon forces.

  2. Rave Master

    Haru Glory's mystical travels are followed in The Rave Master, also known as The Groove Adventure of Rave.

    Set in a world filled with magical beings and demonic forces, Haru embarks on a quest to recover the Rave's last fragments in order to prevent the world from being destroyed by the mystical five Dark Brings and their commander.

    Haru must work with his comrades to collect the five mystical stones, also known as Holy Brings, which were created by Resha Valentine. However, only one person is permitted to use these stones. Haru must be recognized as worthy by the stones in order to complete his task.

    Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood recounts the exploits of two of anime's most famous brothers. Following their upbringing, Edward Elric and his younger brother Alphonse become embroiled in a series of political, moral, and theological battles.

    While Edward's automail arm and leg earned him the moniker of Full Metal Alchemist, Alphonse became an armor boy with no physical body.

    The brothers embarked on a quest to discover a way out of their dilemma. Edward and Alphonse confront the seven deadly sins as they grow closer to the solution to their difficulties with the only goal of returning to their original bodies.

    Rin uses the demon-slaying blade Kurikara, as well as his ability to control bright blue flames, to defeat Satan and become the most powerful exorcist. Rin trains with his twin brother Yukio, fellow students, and close friends to fully control his ability and achieve his life's ultimate goal.

    My Hero Academia is set in a world where superheroes rule supreme over those born without quirks. These superheroes are ranked in order to protect the world and its citizens from the looming forces of evil.

    The anime follows Izuku Midoriya, also known as Deku, who was born quirkless. Despite his strong desire to become a superhero, Deku was a frail young fellow who sat on the sidelines whenever there was trouble.

    Deku, in an unexpected turn of events, catches the eye of the legendary hero, All Might, due to his strong sense of heroism and justice. Deku is about to inherit the legendary hero's powers, popularly known as One For All, under All Might's tutelage.

    Naruto is one of the most popular anime franchises of all time. Naruto's legacy lives on through his son, Boruto. The anime follows Naruto, a young orphaned boy who aspires to be the Hokage.

    Ichigo became involved in Rukia's affairs after she delegated her powers to him. Ichigo must continue Rukia's duties as a temporary Soul Reaper with Rukia's advice and guidance.

    Ichigo, along with their friends and allies, becomes deeply involved in the affairs of the Soul Society, from Rukia's arrest to betrayals among comrades.

    The story of Yoh Asakura and his 600-year-old samurai ghost, Amidamaru, is told in The Shaman King. Yoh aspires to become the Shaman King in order to live a life free of conflict. In the end, he also wants to keep his promise to his fiancée, Anna Kyoyama.

    Yoh meets many shamans during the Shaman Fight, some of whom become both friends and foes. In the once-in-a-500-year Shaman battle, Yoh also encounters his estranged twin brother Hao Asakura.
