Netflix Tudum 2022 A Global Fan Event: Everything Announced

Netflix's Tudum A Global Fan event is happening right now. Jamie Foxx hosted the event.

Enola Holmes 2

Millie Bobby Brown made the announcement for Enola Holmes 2. They released part 1 of their first official trailer that you can watch here:

The trailer also unveiled the release date, which will happen on November 5th.

Heart of Stone

Announcing the action-spy thriller Heart of Stone are Gal Gadot (Rachel Stone), Jamie Dornan (Parker), and Alia Bhatt (Keya Dhawan). The cast promised that the film will be huge and will be released in 2023.

Bridgerton

Bridgerton stars Luke Newton (as Colin Bridgerton) and Claudia Jessie (as Eloise Bridgerton) did a sibling paint-off while answering Q&As. At the end of their painting session, Nicola Coughlan (as Penelope Featherington) shows up with a painting of the two. She also reveals the title of Bridgerton Season 3 Episode 1: Out of the Shadows

Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story

Adjoa Andoh (as Lady Danbury) and Golda Rosheuvel (as Queen Charlotte) revealed that a Bridgerton spin-off is underway.

Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story was created to reveal more about the much loved Queen. A younger version will be played by India Amarteifio. The event gave a preview of Amarteifio as young Charlotte.

Show creator Shonda Rhimes introduced the very early first look of the show:

Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story will be released on November 9.

Emily in Paris

The cast of Emily in Paris Season 3 announced that they have finished filming the show. The event gave a first look of Season 3 with Emily (played by Lily Collins) cutting off her bangs.

The release date was announced for December 21, 2022.

The Old Guard 2

The Old Guard 2 was presented by stars Charlize Theron (as Andy), Kiki Layne (as Nile), and Chiwetel Ejiofor (as Copley) while in Rome, Italy where they are filming the movie. Luca Marinelli (as Nicky) and Marwan Kenzari (as Joe) were also there to do a little banter.

Not much information was revealed except that they are working on a sequel that promises to be better than the first.

Wednesday

Wednesday's Jenna Ortega presented a never before seen clip from the show.

Manifest

Manifest Season 4's siblings Michaela Stone (played by Melissa Roxburgh) and Ben Stone (played by Josh Dallas) thanked fans for bringing the show to Netflix. The two promised that viewers will get the answers to their questions soon.

The trailer reveals that this is the final season.

3 Body Problem

The producers of 3 Body Problem gave an update on the show. Production on the first season just wrapped up and they are working hard on the show's post-production process.

The show is "a history of humanity from the point of first contact with an alien civilization all the way to the end of the universe." The show is based on Liu Cixin's novel The Three Body Problem. Its cast is composed of different characters from 11 countries, which they will introduce soon.

3 Body Problem is set for a release in 2023.

Slumberland

Jason Momoa introduced Slumberland at the Tudum event. He stars as Flip who helps a young girl go on a crazy adventure to look for her father.

A new trailer was released at the event where Flip shared the rules of Slumberland.

Never Have I Ever

Never Have I Ever Season 4 was presented by Maitreyi Ramakrishnan who revealed that this is the show's final season. Here's a special look at the fourth season:

The Umbrella Academy

Aidan Gallagher (as Five) and Emmy Raver-Lampman (as Allison) presented The Umbrella Academy Season 4's blooper reel:

Your Place or Mine

Reese Witherspoon then came on the screen to FaceTime Ashton Kutcher and ask if he's excited to share their new romantic comedy, Your Place or Mine. Kutcher then "accidentally" revealed that the film is coming out on Netflix on February 10, 2023.

Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio

Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio was presented by none other than the man himself, who gave the difference between stop motion as an art form and digital. He also gave a look of the entire process.

Special Announcement by Noah Centineo

Noah Centineo has a new show!

At this point, the details of the show are classified but Noah shared that his role is "an unsuspecting lawyer who's pulled into a high stakes, thrilling ride through the world of international spy networks."

He also revealed the title of the show, The Recruit, and will be available starting December 16, 2022.

Berlin

Pedro Alonso is in a round table conversation with La Casa De Papel creator, Álex Pina. The two discussed the script in front of them, which would be about "love and heists."

Money Heist: Berlin will reveal more about the much-loved character and show how he came to be.

Entergalactic

Netflix has brought together Kid Cudi and Kenya Barris in Entergalactic, "an animated story of two young artists navigating the twists and turns of finding love in New York City." It is written, produced, and directed by Barris.

Other members of the cast include Timothée Chalamet, Ty Dolla $ign, and many others.

The Redeem Team

The Redeem Team is a documentary about the 2004 US Olympics men's basketball team as they set their sights to redeem their loss in 2008.

The Mother

Foxx introduced The Mother, which stars Jennifer Lopez. The movie will be released on Mother's Day, May 2023.

A trailer for You Season 4 was revealed at the event along with its date announcement. Our favorite stalker/serial killer, Penn Badgley is now Professor Jonathan Moore and is based in London.

The trailer reveals that we'll be seeing Marienne (played by Tati Gabrielle) in the series again. Other new characters are introduced in the trailer

The first part will be released on February 10, 2023 with the second part on March 10, 2023.

The Watcher

The first trailer of The Watcher was also released at the event. The seven-episode series is a Ryan Murphy true crime show that stars Bobby Cannavale (as Dean) and Naomi Watts (as Nora Brannock) who move into an unwelcoming neighborhood.

The show will be released on October 13, 2022.

The Witcher: Blood Origin

A behind-the-scenes clip of The Witcher: Blood Origin was also showcased at the event, along with its release date and new cast member announcement: Minnie Driver. Michelle Yeoh, who plays Scian in the show, revealed that it will be released on December 25, 2022.

Extraction 2

Chris Hemsworth shared the new first look trailer for Extraction 2.

Vikings: Valhalla

The 1899 cast gave the date announcement of the show, which will be on November 17, 2022.

Unfortunately, we don't have an update yet on Squid Game Season 2 except that it is in the middle of development. But they released a short deleted scene from the first season. You can watch it here:

A trailer for Dead to Me Season 3 was revealed at the event. They also shared that this is the final season of the show, which will be released on November 17, 2022.
