The Falcon and The Winter Soldier wrapped up nicely with its season finale titled One World, One People, giving closure to most questions raised throughout the series, and the ending for every character seems to shed more light on what is in store for each of them in the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and how much would come into play in Phase 4.

To say that the canon series ended well is an understatement, it ended fantastically as each of our characters finally puts a period to all their narratives, both heroes and villains alike got their end pretty great, at least to most of them.

A quick recap of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier Finale, we see Sam finally becomes the new Captain America teaming up with Bucky to stop the Flag Smashers with their plan on the GRC who were taken hostage by the group. They had the most unexpected help from Walker who did great and they were able to save every GRC member.

Sharon helped as well but it was revealed that she is the Power Broker all along so she kills Batroc who tried to bargain and then killed Karli when she pointed a gun at Sam. Proudly carrying the shield, Sam gave a moving speech on live television while telling GRC to stand down. Bucky finally confessed to Mr. Nakajima, all the remaining Flag Smashers were killed while in transit and it was Val who authorized it.

Sam made it sure Isaiah would not be forgotten that he has his very own corner in the Captain America exhibit in the museum. The town of Sam threw a party for him and everyone there was happy that he is now the new Captain America. Walker finally gets a new costume and Sharon gets pardoned.

Sam finally embraces the legacy that was passed onto him by his predecessor, Steve, and his new costume from the Wakandans is awesome! His wings are made of vibranium and he's wearing a combination of white, red, and blue. Sam also convinced the GRC not to move internationally displaced people. As the Black Captain America, Sam also touched on a sensitive topic on racial politics. Way to go, Sam!

Bucky, Making Amends

Bucky has finally crossed out every name on his list where he wanted to make amends. He approached Mr. Nakajima and revealed that his son was murdered by the Winter Soldier when he had no choice as we all know he was brainwashed at that time. Bucky sent his thanks to his therapist as well along with the notebook with all the names crossed meaning he finally let go of what remains of his past.

Sharon Carter, The Power Broker

In the mid-credits scene, Sam held his end of the bargain, and Sharon was finally pardoned without knowing that she is the Power Broker all along. With her pardon and opening in her previous department in the government, it gives her full access to the secrets of the government and prototypes of weapons. The Power Broker gets more power now that she gets more in her market, way more than her art fence in Madripoor.

John Walker, Becoming US Agent

This episode was, indeed, a redemption story for Walker. He helps out Sam and Bucky in standing against the Flag Smashers and proving to everyone that he is a hero after all. Walker helped Sam and Bucky save the GRC members and had the remaining Flag Smashers apprehended with the line of Abraham Lincoln, "mercy bears richer fruits than strict justice." At the end of the episode, he also finally embraces becoming the US Agent, wearing his old costume but black given by Val.

The Flag Smashers, Gone But The Cause Lives

It seems that all of the remaining Flag Smashers are all dead with Karli being killed by Sharon when she pointed a gun at Sam, the other members were about to be taken to the Raft only to be killed along the way as Val seems to have her own tricks up her sleeve. Still, their cause remained and it was triumphant thanks to Sam who stood for what they fight for. It was confirmed that the GRC will not continue moving the internationally displaced people proving that the Flag Smashers won after all.

Isaiah Bradley, No Longer The Forgotten

In a touching moment of the finale, Sam takes Isaiah and Eli Bradley to the museum where the exhibit of Captain America is and showed that his history is finally out in the open. Sam said the country will not forget anymore what he has done. After years in the shadows, Isaiah's deeds finally got the recognition he deserves.

Baron Zemo, Chilling in The Raft

Although apprehended and in the Raft, Zemo gets a few seconds in the finale as we see him chilling with a book while listening to the news. It seems that he still has a connection to the outside world as Val mentions Zemo having the last laugh while showing the wife of Walker a photo on her phone. Zemo and Val have been in connection all this time.

Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, Pulling The Strings

Our Marvel newcomer Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, or Val, seems to have some strings pulled as she caused the death of the remaining Flag Smashers without being traced by making their car explode. She gave Walker his new moniker, US Agent, and is in contact with Zemo. She seems to be the woman version of Fury and looks like she is setting up the Dark Avengers.

With the season finale having Sam fully embracing becoming the Black Captain America and standing for what is right and just like what the legacy of the shield holds, a new title card is revealed at the end of the episode with Sam finally letting go of the moniker of the Falcon. With this, it could be setting up Joaquin Torres as the new Falcon and possibly teasing a second season for the series.
