The Falcon and The Winter Soldier Episode 6 Recap: One World, One People, One Power Broker

The final episode of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier is now out and there is little doubt that the season finale has been an amazing one. But did Episode 6 also tease on what will happen in the future? Let's recap everything that happened in One World, One People.

WATCH OUT! The following contains SPOILERS from The Falcon and The Winter Soldier Episode 6! PROCEED WITH CAUTION!

In One World, One People, fans were treated to their first look at Sam Wilson as the new Captain America with a brand-new suit. Although it's an awesome revelation, there's a lot to worry about. The Flag-Smashers have attacked the GRC in New York so Sam, Bucky Barnes, and Sharon Carter move in to stop them.

Naturally, this sets up a fight between Sam and Georges Batroc who has been hoping for a rematch since the premiere episode. Meanwhile, Bucky manages to save some hostages with the help of John Walker.

In the meantime, Sharon grabs Karli Morgenthau and takes her aside to confront her about her betrayal. It is then revealed that Sharon is actually Power Broker and had been hoping that Karli would be her protege. Unfortunately, their conversation is interrupted by Batroc who blackmails Sharon by saying he'll reveal her identity.

This leads to Sharon shooting Batroc and Karli shooting Sharon. Sam stops Karli from killing Sharon and they fight although it's mostly just Sam trying not to hit Karli. However, when Karli overpowers Sam and points the gun at him, the injured Sharon takes the chance to shoot Karli, killing her.

Amazingly, Karli's death is not in vain. Sam carries her body out and convinces the GRC to postpone their vote and help the affected people instead.

Although Karli gets what she wants in the end, the captured Flag-Smashers are not as lucky. As they are led away to the Raft prison, the van they are on suddenly explodes. During this time, Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine is revealed to have given Walker a new suit and calls him US Agent.

The Falcon and The Winter Soldier Episode 6 ends on a hopeful note. Bucky reaches out to Yori Nakajima and confesses that he had killed Yori's son when he was still the Winter Soldier. It is also revealed that Sam managed to get Isaiah Bradley his own statue and exhibit in the Captain America museum. Then let's just say that Sam and Bucky live happily ever after.

Of course, there's a mid-credits scene that also teases the future. It is revealed that Sharon has been pardoned and is given the chance to rejoin her division in the CIA. In turn, she calls someone to tell them they now have full access to government secrets and prototype weapons.
