In the last few minutes near the end of Loki Episode 4, Loki and Sylvie finally got the chance to face the Time-Keepers and it all happened just after Mobius got pruned for telling Renslayer that he wanted to go back to the time before he became a Time Variance Authority agent, his regular old life that maybe, he even had a jet ski hadn't he been taken by the TVA.

However, it was as if he knew what happens beyond pruning. He told Loki in the time loop prison that whatever it is that is bound to happen, they have got to trust each other. It was as if he was considering the worst-case scenario aka being pruned. It happened after Renslayer found out that he switched their TemPads.

Loki, definitely aggrieved and angered with what happened to Mobius, made sure that he won't back down from the Time-Keepers. Together with Sylvie who now has Hunter B-15 on her side after she showed her past life, they tried to take down the Time-Keepers only to find out that such were fake mindless androids.

Loki assured Sylvie that they will figure it all out together and he went on saying that he had just experienced something new, possibly confessing to Sylvie, when Renslayer pruned him before everyone's eyes. All the while, they both thought that she was knocked down but she still had some fight left in her. Sylvie, who just lost Loki, was angered and she's taking Renslayer hostage with all the information as regards the TVA.
