The canon series just made a full turn in when it comes to surprises and revelations as Loki enters the second half of the season and they did not pull the brakes with what just happened leaving everyone with jaw-dropping events. Episode 5 is oming so make sure you have the release date and time on your countdown and watch out for spoilers, trailers, theories, leaks, previews, and just about everything you need to know.

What happened in Loki Episode 4?
In Loki Episode 4,The Nexus Event, the episode starts with Sylvie shown as a child and how she was taken by the Time Variance Authority at such a young age. A young Ravonna Renslayer was revealed to be the hunter who took her and being the Goddess of Mischief, Sylvie took Renslayer's TemPad and escaped right before the eyes of the judge.
Back in Lamentis, Loki and Sylvie wait for the end of the apocalypse when suddenly, a portal opens behind them. It turns out that the two of them have been causing a spike on the timeline, something the TVA had never seen before. They were taken into custody and Loki was immediately placed in a time loop prison where he meets Lady Sif in a memory that played over and over again.
When Loki told Mobius that the TVA is lying to them and that they had a life before becoming agents, he was skeptic at first but it was enough to make him think. He began questioning Renslayer about things that concern the case despite it being closed. When he could not get some answers, he took it to himself to find them on his own when he switched his TemPad with hers. Mobius found C-20's interrogation where she revealed that she had a life before the TVA, even friends.
As for Hunter B-20, her mind was restless. She approached Sylvie who was still imprisoned and she brought her back to Roxxcart when they were left alone. Hunter B-20 kept asking what she saw when Sylvie connected to her and Sylvie points out that she cannot create memories, only pull them out of someone's mind. She asked Sylvie to enchant her and she was in tears saying she was happy back then.
Still in the time loop prison, Loki meets Mobius who kept grilling him for quick answers after he watched the interrogation of C-20. With full trust on Loki, they went out and Renslayer and various minutemen were waiting for them as regards the TemPad switch. When Mobius tells that the timeline he would choose to go into was his life before the TVA, he got pruned on sight.
Loki and Sylvie were taken to the Time-Keepers and much to everyone's surprise, Hunter B-15 helps the fugitives fight their way. Sharing a single sword, they managed to take down all the guards, even knock Renslayer out. They proceed to the Time-Keepers only to find out that what was in front of them were mindless androids.
Loki reassured Sylvie that they would be alright and it seems that the God of Mischief has fallen for another version of himself. Still, the best surprises are those which are unexpected and as for Loki, he got pruned by Renslayer. Left alone, Sylvie tells Renslayer that she wouldn't be killed because she has to tell her everything by the end of the episode.
Loki Episode 4 Post-Credits Scene
The first post-credits of the series has finally arrived and it gave a preview of where the people pruned go – to an apocalypse where they would face their demise. Luckily, for Loki, some people arrived for him but not just anybody, four Loki variants appeared before him to save him from an impending death.
Loki Episode 5 Theories, Spoilers, and Leaks
The reveals in the episode are oozing and it continued until the end. One of the biggest would definitely be that the Time-Keepers at the TVA are just mindless androids. It'll make you question, really, if there are really those who keep the sacred timeline or even if such a thing really exists. As Renslayer is complicit, she has been taken by Sylvie for questioning, one which will definitely be a much-awaited conversation between the two.
Speaking of Renslayer, with the Time-Keepers not being on the TVA, is Kang the Conqueror coming or is the person running the organization someone we already saw?
As for Loki who got transported to the other Loki variants, a theory could be that there are a lot of Loki variants because of their ability to tap into the mind of a person and that could botch the plans of whoever is really running the TVA. It might be the same reason why Sylvie was taken at a very young age.
