There is little doubt that everyone is excited about Good Omens Season 2 especially now that the series has finished production. So when exactly will we get to see the second season? Neil Gaiman is clearly tired of the question to the point that he is now joking about never releasing the show's Season 2!

A fan recently reached out to Neil Gaiman with a funny tweet about the long wait for Good Omens Season 2. Not surprisingly, the American Gods author had a hilarious and somehow scary response, threatening to never release the second season if people kept asking him about it.

Of course, Gaiman was just joking about this and even took the time to tell his followers not to bully the fan. He then shared an update on Good Omens Season 2.

"Also, please don't be mean to @conkamarvel123 -- I thought it was funny, and hoped my reply was funny. WE WILL RELEASE GOOD OMENS 2, WHEN IT IS DONE. We only stopped shooting in March. There is much to be done," Gaiman wrote.

It's understandable why Gaiman is somehow tired of getting the same question over and over again but it's great to see that he has the humor to deal with it. In addition to that, we're happy to know that post-production on Good Omens Season 2 is ongoing and hopefully, we'll get a new update on the series soon.

Good Omens Season 2 was confirmed last year and immediately started production a few weeks later. David Tennant and Michael Sheen are both confirmed to return as Crowley and Aziraphale, respectively. However, the rest of the returning cast has not yet been announced. Hopefully, this will be announced in the next few weeks.

Good Omens Season 2 has not yet been given an official release date. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
