Multiple projects with a multiversal focus have been produced since Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Naturally, this meant that the franchise's worlds and alternate realities would collideĀ in upcoming phases.

Phase Six of the MCU is set to conclude with the release of Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars but before these films hit cinemas,
let's list down all the MCU heroes who saved the multiverse on more than one occasion.

Unsurprisingly, several heroes have saved the multiverse on their own.

You probably already know Captain Carter from Guardians of the Multiverse if you've seen What If seasons one and two. Captain Carter is shown repeatedly saving the universe multiple times, and taking down villains on her own in What If Season Two.

Following her victory against Hydra Stomper, Captain Carter finds herself in alternate universe 1602, where she identified Steve Rogers as the ā€œForerunnerā€, as the time-displaced individual was potentially causing an incursion. Later she teams up with a Kahhori, a tesseract-powered hero to confront Strange Supreme.

Together, Captain Carter and Kahhori vanquish Strange Supreme, preventing him from eradicating variations from every reality and supplying his forge with raw materials that may rebuild his own shattered universe.

To defeat Strange Supreme, Captain, along with Kahhori gathers a great deal of weaponry including Hela's helmet, the Infinity stones, and Mjolnir.

After Spider-Man No Way Home, Doctor Strange, in another multiversal adventure across universes, soon encounters Scarlet Witch, who Darkhold has corrupted.

In the hopes that her slain boys may still be alive in another world, the Scarlet Witch searches for them frantically in other ones. She becomes enraged at being unable to locate them and embarks on a rampage to wipe out multiple universes.

This denotes the death of every individual living in many worlds, which would result in nothing but carnage and devastation.

Despite being weaker than Wanda, Doctor Strange makes every effort to make sure she understands the repercussions of her acts. Finally, she does, seeing the devastation she was doing to so many innocent lives.

To complete the Multiverse Saga, teenage hero Peter Parkerā€”who has already rescued the multiverse onceā€”is anticipated to make a second appearance in Avengers Doomsday and Avengers Secret Wars, which are phases five and six, respectively.

Things go wrong when Doctor Strange casts the Memory Wipe spell in Spider-Man: No Way Home, bringing Spider-Man variants from various multiverses into Earth 616. That's how Peter Parker and Doctor Strange nearly ended the world.

In the end, Peter allies with two of his variations, and the three of them eliminate their villains. Later, Parker requests Doctor Strange to finish the memory wipe spell to return the variations to their original home. The spell fixes everything, but memory is lost in the process. Everybody forgot the fact that Peter Parker was Spider-Man.

In The Marvels, Monica Rambeau plays the legendary character Photon, who joins forces with Captain Marvel to defeat the Kree Zealot Dar-Benn and save the universe. When they finally prevail against Dar Benn, the villain dies by using quantum bands to rip a hole in space-time.

It puts everyone's life in jeopardy since it creates a hole or gateway to another universe. Monica, aided by Captain Marvel, rushes to the opposite side of the hole without hesitation to fix it.

The hole seals shut in the process, trapping Monica on the other side. Despite knowing she could never return to her everyday life, Monica continues to fulfill her job. Along with a variant of her mother, Monica finds herself trapped in the X-Men universe's Earth 10005.

The God of mischief, Loki, starring Tom Hiddleston, has made a huge sacrifice after he learned about the Time Variance Authority and Kang the conqueror.

At the moment, Loki presides over the multiverse and keeps it safe with his life force. Loki escaped the universe in Avengers End Game and subsequently appeared in the Disney+ series battling He who Remains, the timeline's conqueror.

Loki soon learns that murdering He Who Remains would ultimately collapse the universe since someone must watch over and rule the multiverse. That is how Yggdrasil, the world tree, came into being. As the god of stories, Loki plants the tree and takes the title of He Who Remains.

Deadpool and Wolverine

The two newest heroes in the MCU are Deadpool and Wolverine. In the latest movie, Deadpool and Wolverine, both the heroes try to stop Mr Paradox and Emma Corrin's portrayal of the villain, Cassandra Nova. Cassandra tries to destroy all other universes except the void with the help of Mr. Paradox's Time Ripper machine, a renegade TVA agent.

Deadpool starts absorbing the Time Ripper's energy to save the universe from destruction. Soon, Wolverine intervenes and joins him as he weakens from absorbing the energy effects alone.

Together, they absorb the machine's matter and anti-matter. Both characters have the power to rapidly heal their damages, making them almost similar in damage-taking capability.

Soon, it results in the explosion of the machine, taking down Cassandra with it; this makes the pair the latest heroes to rescue the MCU and prevent the destruction of the multiverse.

Ant-Man and The Wasp

At the start of phase 5, Ant-Man and the Wasp contributed significantly to rescuing the multiverse in the quantum world. Hope Van Dyne's Wasp figure and Scott Lang's Ant-Man prevented Kang, the conqueror, from escaping the Quantum Realm.

Many timelines would have been destroyed if the escape hadn't been prevented. Despite being more than willing to give his life for the cause, Scott Lang is ultimately spared when the Wasp teamed up with him to capture Kang, the conqueror.
