Has Ahsoka Tano Appeared in Star Wars Before?
Ahsoka has appeared in several Star Wars series, and in most major Star Wars periods, first as Anakin Skywalker's Padawan and later as a rebel and unconventional Force user.
While she was immature and rather bratty in her first appearances, she grows a lot and becomes one of the most beloved characters in the franchise.

Is Ahsoka In The Clone Wars (2008)?
Ahsoka debuts in the first-ever animated Star Wars movie, which fleshes out the Clone Wars conflict.
In it, she appears as Anakin Skywalker's 14-year-old Padawan, assigned to him by Yoda to teach him responsibility.
Her master-padawan relationship with Anakin is initially rocky due to the immaturity of them both.
However, their bond goes through a lot of development in the Clone Wars tv series.
Is Ahsoka in The Clone Wars (2008-2014, 2020)?
Ahsoka Tano is one of the main characters in The Clone Wars animated tv series alongside Anakin and Obi-Wan.
There, she gets to prove herself as padawan-commander of a Republic army division.
The show also recounts the misadventures that led Ahsoka to leave the Jedi order as well as her actions just before the Empire took over.
Ahsoka's existence is Clone Wars is particularly important for younger viewers since she's pretty young at the time and serves as a perfect viewpoint character for kids who are just getting started with Star Wars.

Is Ahsoka in Rebels (2014-2020)?
Compared to her Clone Wars appearances, Ahsoka doesn't have as much of a main role in Rebels but her moments are powerful and important nonetheless.
In fact, if you're looking to watch one Star Wars show to prepare for Ahsoka, Rebels would be it.
This animated tv show follows a group of rebels and their courageous attempts to overthrow the Empire.
Ahsoka is one of their major allies, and, in Season 2, she must come face to face with her past in heartbreaking ways.
Many of the characters Ahsoka interacts with in Rebels will return in her own show.
Sabine Wren, who seems to have been Ahsoka's apprentice for a little while, will play a major role, continuing a long tradition of master-padawan relationships.

Is Ahsoka in The Mandalorian (2020-2023)?
Ahsoka makes her first live-action appearance in The Mandalorian where her search for Grand Admiral Thrawn and Mando's search for a Jedi makes the two characters cross paths.
While Ahsoka isn't in a position to teach the child Din Djarin is protecting, she's the one who manages to communicate with him through the Force, finding out his name, Grogu.
Is Ahsoka in The Book of Boba Fett (2022)?
In The Book of Boba Fett, Ahsoka shows up in Mando and Grogu's subplot once more.
The most awesome bit in her cameo is that we find out Ahsoka actually knows and is in contact with Luke Skywalker, making for a nostalgic moment in an otherwise mediocre series.
That being said, her and Luke's moments are entirely unrelated to Boba Fett's plot, so do have a look at our list of episodes you need to watch before Ahsoka if you'd rather stick to the essentials.
Is Ahsoka in the Tales of the Jedi (2022)?
Another one of Ahsoka's recent appearances is in Tales of the Jedi, a series of animated shorts.
The show depicts one-off episodes about her life as a toddler, a padawan, and, finally, as a runaway post-Order 66.
Has Ahsoka Appeared in Any of the Movies?
Despite being a beloved character with a major impact in the franchise, Ahsoka hasn't appeared in the flesh in any of the movies.
Her absence is the most notable in the prequel trilogy, given her important teacher-student relationship with Anakin.
Of course, this makes sense, as her character was likely conceived later, as part of the Clone Wars series -- which gives an acceptable explanation for her absence in the movies' events.
The one possible exception is the third and final movie of the Star Wars sequel trilogy, The Rise of Skywalker (2019).
In it, Ahsoka's voice is heard among those of many other legendary Jedi, including Obi-Wan, Anakin, Luke, and others, encouraging Rey.
However, she doesn't appear in person.
Is Ahsoka in the Bad Batch?
Despite being very close to some of the clones during The Clone Wars animated series, Ahsoka does not make an appearance in The Bad Batch.
Some fans argue that her character would be a natural addition to the show, but others would prefer this one to remain less Jedi-focused.
Of course, there's always a possibility of her appearing in a future Bad Batch season, or even in another future Star Wars show.
