The latest trailer of Thor: Love and Thunder comes out and it finally reveals more to the story, even having the first look at Gorr the God Butcher and his eerie appearance. Also released alongside it is the official poster of the movie and it continues the trend of the quirky colorful poster like that of the previous installment.

Marvel just made a huge drop for Thor: Love and Thunder with the new official trailer and along with it is the new poster for the movie which is quite following the same vein as that of the previous installment of the film, Thor: Ragnarok, which is all colorful unlike that of the first two which were quite dark.

Gorr the God Butcher remains looming at the back which hints that he has more sinister things planned. With the Greek gods finally entering the narrative, it just opens the door for the villain to get new targets. All in all, he seems to look like a top tier bad guy and could be one of those to look out for in the future.

Jane Foster makes her way to the spotlight in the middle of the poster alongside Thor but she steals the scene with her muscular physique because it cannot be unseen, right? She must have worked out a lot when Thor was gone. In the trailer, though, it suggests that she was blipped because when she counted the years, she lacked five, exactly the time that lapsed when before the snap was undone.

Thor: Love and Thunder marks the debut of Mighty Thor, and while Jane Foster already appeared in the MCU, this time, she becomes a heroine, wielding the Mjolnir which is now reforged, possibly pieced together after Hela broke it in Thor: Ragnarok. It comes as a surprise to Thor, probably not expecting his ex-girlfriend like that, but surely, it would be a great story to tell on how she becomes the Mighty Thor.

Thor: Love and Thunder premieres in theaters on July 8, 2022.
