In a few days, Stranger Things Season 4 Volume 2 will be out on Netflix and just before that happens, half of the cast of the beloved series releases a recap of Volume 1 to make sure everyone is prepared for the upcoming epic finale arriving this Friday.
On the official Stranger Things YouTube account, half of the cast of the show releases a recap of Stranger Things Season 4 Volume 1 to prepare everyone for the upcoming finale by the end of this week with Volume 2, just a quick narration of the events before it all goes crazy again.
In the recap, it is set in 1986 with everyone scattered in different places like the Byers family in California, Hopper in Russia, and the rest of the gang in Hawkins. The school’s head cheerleader dies under mysterious circumstances in Eddie Munson’s trailer and the town immediately assumes Eddie is the murderer.
Thankfully, the Hawkins gang finds Eddie in time before he loses his mind and they decide to name the new villain as Vecna, like the antagonist in the Dungeons and Dragons game, who kills teens, feeds on their fears, breaks their bones, and all that gruesome stuff. The problem is, Eleven is on the other side of the country which sucks, by the way.

Brenner and Owens take Eleven to the Nina Project to try and get her powers back. Murray and Joyce fly to Russia to release Hopper from prison. All in all, they know their goals: save Max, and defeat Vecna who turns out to be Henry Creel, the first ever patient of Dr. Brenner – One.
Stranger Things Season 4 Volume 1 pretty much left a huge cliffhanger for everyone: Hopper, Joyce, Murray, and Enzo with no way home, Mike and the rest of the California team getting close to Eleven, Hawkins gang witnessing Nancy getting Vecna’s curse, and Eleven on the final phase of regaining her powers.
While there would definitely be some questions answered with Stranger Things Season 4 Volume 2, everyone’s just waiting for the weekend to arrive to watch the epic finale.
