Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s tell-all caused more tensions between them and the royal family. During their interview with Oprah Winfrey, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex threw shade at some members of the royal family. As such, one royal commentator is convinced that Prince Charles and Prince William will no longer be able to trust the Sussexes if they appear in a second tell-all.
Just a few weeks ago, rumors were rife that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle would be interviewed by Winfrey again. Even though nothing has been confirmed as of writing, photos of the Sussexes entering Winfrey’s garage made headlines.
Prince Harry Will Lose Prince Charles, Prince William’s Trust For Good If He Does Another Tell-All
But while speaking with New Idea, royal commentator Phil Dampier said that this is the last thing that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex should consider doing. After all, it would spell more disaster for the royal family and for them in the future.
“I can’t imagine Charles or William ever trusting them again. If Harry and Meghan do another tell-all, it will spell the end of their relationship with the monarchy – not just the institution but also their blood relatives,” Dampier said (via IBT).
The royal commentator also believes that Prince William no longer trusts Prince Harry after everything the latter has said during his interviews. So, if Prince Harry wants to repair his relationship with his brother and father, he needs to stop doing tell-alls with his wife.

Prince Harry, Meghan Markle Could Reportedly Do A Tell-All For The Money
However, Dampier thinks that this is unlikely to happen, especially since tell-alls provide Prince Harry and Markle with a hefty income.
“The only way for the family rift to be healed is for Harry and Meghan to stop playing the victims and to drop their projects involving the royal family. I’m convinced they’ve rewritten history but have done it so often they believe it themselves and therefore can sleep soundly at night,” he said.
Dampier added that it’s only a matter of time before the Duke and Duchess of Sussex run out of ammunition against the royal family. When this happens, more damage would’ve already been done, and they could no longer return to the royal fold.
“The royals won’t want them back and neither will the British public. It’s all so incredibly sad as they were once so popular,” the source said.
Some Royal Fans Urged Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Not To Push Through With A Second Tell-All
Some royal fans have also aired their sentiments after hearing that there’s a possibility for Prince Harry and Markle to do another tell-all with Winfrey.
One royal fan urged the couple not to push through with their plans because it seems they’ve already said what they needed to say the first time.
Another person also claimed that Winfrey made the mistake of interviewing the Duke and Duchess of Sussex because the interview made her look bad.
“Desperately trying to stay in the limelight. I used to feel sorry for Harry but he's truly part of this shameful circus! He claimed they wanted to be out of the spotlight and live their lives peacefully and quietly – so why don't they both go away and just do that… Shame on Oprah too for giving them the platform to do so,” another person said (via Heat World).
