Star Magazine, in its upcoming August 1, 2022 issue, reported that Michelle Obama is complaining about Malia and Sasha’s spending. The former FLOTUS reportedly told her daughters to “cool it,” but Barack Obama has reportedly always been a softie.
An unnamed source told the entertainment news publication:
“Now they’re in L.A., the girls are hanging with a real spendy crowd. They eat at the most expensive restaurants most nights of the week, shop for designer clothes in Beverly Hills and West Hollywood and drop thousands on spas and salons.”
As a matter of fact, Malia Obama has been spotted dining at the trendy Crossroads Kitchen and Peruvian spot Rosaline in West Hollywood and Santa Monica tapas hotspot Manchego. Sasha, for her part, has been sighted rocking a pricey mani.

Another insider told the magazine:
“Their daughters’ spending is now at the top of Barack and Michelle’s grievance list.”
Most, if not all, are aware that Michelle Obama and Barack Obama grew up in much more simple circumstances than their daughters. Still, they are begrudgingly resigned to being the Bank Mom and Dad.
The informant stated:
“They know they are different from many other couples whose kids are enjoying their freedom away from the nest. This is just an aggravating part of parenthood.”
Michelle Obama and Barack Obama have yet to comment on the reports that Malia and Sasha are wearing out their credit cards. So, avid followers of the former POTUS and FLOTUS should take all these unverified reports with a huge grain of salt until everything is proven true and correct.

“I’ve learned it’s okay to recognize that self-worth comes wrapped in vulnerability and that what we share as humans on this earth is the impulse to strive for better, always and no matter what.”
The wife of Barack Obama added:
“We become bolder in brightness. If you know your light, you know yourself. You know your own story in an honest way.
