Unnamed sources told the entertainment news outlet that the “Before He Cheats” hitmaker needs to spice things up before her imminent tour – because they do not do well during time apart.
An insider shared to the magazine:
“They’re not at crisis point, but they’re not at their best either, and her friends are telling her she needs to focus on her marriage before she heads out on the road.”
For starters, Carrie Underwood is set to start her “Denim & Rhinestones” tour in October and would be working at a furious pace for seven long months. It was even reported that the wife of Mike Fisher would hit Las Vegas for another leg of her residency.
A close pal of Carrie Underwood reportedly stated:
“Work is a huge priority for Carrie. She’s extremely driven but also determined to hang on [to] her marriage – and she’s acknowledged to friends she needs to put in the effort with Mike.”
The same informant furthered:
“They’re making plans for dates nights and family time with their boys while figuring out how they’re going to handle her being away for weeks at a time.”
Although Carrie Underwood allegedly begged Mike Fisher to join her on tour and bring the family, the Canadian hockey player is reportedly not into it. An unidentified tipster revealed:
