What is Kaguya-sama: Love Is War Season 3 -Ultra Romantic- About?
For any newcomers, Kaguya-sama: Love Is War unfolds in the senior high school division of Shuchiin Academy. Miyuki Shirogane, the class president, and Kaguya Shinomiya, the vice-president, are both intelligent overachievers with bright futures ahead. While everyone - including Kaguya and Miyuki themselves - agrees that the two are perfectly suited for each other, they are too proud to confess their feelings.
Instead, each comes up with clever and ofter hilarious schemes to make the other confess. Their shenanigans often get other student council members involved, whose stories are interesting in their own right.
The official trailer for Kaguya-sama: Love Is War Season 3 -Ultra Romantic- isn't very long or informative, so it's too early to be certain about the exact plot points Season 3 will cover. Season 2 has covered up to chapter 101, the cell phone arc. That being the case, we expect to see the characters worrying about their exams and having a rap battle next.
Following that, the manga features many chapters in which the two main characters go back and forth, wanting to confess to each other or be confessed to, and failing. It might be a bit early into the adaptation to feature the point where Kaguya and Miyuki finally get together.
If some manga events are streamlined, their finally confessing and starting a relationship could make for a strong ending point. Then, there would hopefully be another season to focus on the challenges they face as a couple.

Other voice actors include Kohara Konomi as Fujiwara, Suzuki Ryota as Ishigami, and Tomita Miyu as Iino. Given the show's popularity, an English dub with the same actors is also very likely.
