What is Kaguya-sama: Love is War About?
Kaguya-sama: Love is War is a seinen manga series created by Akasaka Aka. It follows the story of Shirogane Miyuki and Shinomiya Kaguya, the student council president and vice-president of Shuchiin Academy.

Who Confesses First in Kaguya-sama: Love is War?
In Chapter 159, Kaguya and Shirogane are on a date. However, in Chapter 160, their friends and Shirogane's father show up in the picture, so they end up going around the mall trying to avoid them.
Eventually, the two end up on the rooftop. Kaguya has been planning to confess during this date, and she finally gathers the courage to do so.
Kaguya confesses and asks Shirogane to go out with her. The two share a kiss, and the narration states Kaguya and Shirogane have begun dating.

Do Kaguya Shinomiya and Miyuki Shirogane End Up Together?
Following the events of Chapter 160, the two begin dating. However, they decided to keep it a secret from the others first. In Chapter 162, Kaguya happily announces to Hayasaka that she and Shirogane are officially dating.
Although, the story eventually tackles issues surrounding the Shinomiya family. In Chapter 248, Kaguya decides to break up with Shirogane because of this.
However, their relationship develops once more when Shirogane confesses to her in Chapter 261.
