A lot of MCU fans have been excited for Deadpool 3 as it will mark the return and team-up of Ryan Reynolds' titular mercenary and Hugh Jackman's Wolverine for a multiversal adventure that may or may not have ramifications for Avengers: Secret Wars.
Just like any other MCU project, most of the plot details are being kept under wraps but there are rumors that it will also bring back a lot of actors from the Fox Marvel movies in the vein of Spider-Man: No Way Home.
The film was also halfway into production when it halted last July due to the still-ongoing actors' strike and it is expected to resume once it ends hopefully in the very near future.

Deadpool 3 is Not the Movie's Official Title According to Director Shawn Levy
In an interview with WIRED, director Shawn Levy confirmed that Deadpool 3 has no official title yet and they are still figuring out a couple of ideas on what the final title of the highly-anticipated movie will be.
"No, there’s no title yet. I sometimes refer to it as 'Deadpool versus Wolverine' or 'Deadpool and Wolverine' or 'Deadpool 3 With Wolvie'—we’ve got a few titles we’ve been bandying about, but boy, it’s a tough one," he said.
For now, the film is being referred to as Deadpool 3 since it is technically the third installment of the Reynolds-led series and it's a placeholder name that we're calling it until Marvel Studios finally announces its official title in the future.
Considering that Jackman's Wolverine is an integral part of the film, it's not surprising that Deadpool 3 won't be the official title and it is likely that Wolverine will be integrated into the name in order to communicate it as a buddy movie between the two characters.
Since Wolverine is also a more popular character to the worldwide audience and people have been waiting for his return, it is a smarter move from a marketing perspective to have the Jackman character as part of the title.
It might take a while before we'll hear the official title of the film since production has not resumed yet, but it won't be shocking at this point if they end up coming up with the name of the two main characters as part of it.
Deadpool 3 is slated for release in theaters in 2024.
