Black Clover Manga Announces 3-Month Hiatus

Attention, manga readers, the beloved series of Black Clover just dropped an announcement and while it would mean that everyone would have to wait, it is for a good reason. The people behind the adventures of Asta showed their gratitude to those who continue to support the title and they will be having a three-month hiatus to prepare for the final arc.

In an announcement made through Twitter by the Weekly Shonen Jump Editorial Department and Yuki Tabata, they first thanked everyone who supported the title since its inception and they announced that they will be taking a three-month long break in order to prepare for the final arc of the Black Clover manga. They apologized for the time they would take a break but it would be for a good reason.

Yuki Tabata also expressed that if he was the one to be followed, he would work tirelessly to deliver the final arc but as decided by the editorial board, the break is necessary to give the best final arc for Black Clover.

Black Clover is a Japanese shōnen manga written and illustrated by Yūki Tabata. The manga series is published in Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine which, to date, has been in the collection of 27 tankōbon volumes, and the English version is released by Viz Media. An anime series brought to life the pages of the manga and it is produced by Pierrot.

Black Clover follows the story of Asta, a young boy born without any magical powers in a world where it is common for everyone to have one. Upon the arrival of the selection process, Asta surprises everyone when he gets chosen by the Black Clover, a group whose abilities can cut through or cancel the powers of others. Over the series, Asta learns how to become a magical boy of his own as he joins the ranks of the order of the combat wizards and he aims to beat his rival and be a Wizard King one day.

Weekly Shonen Jump promised to make an announcement when Black Clover will be back for the final arc.
