Avengers: The Kang Dynasty may be two years away from its official release, however, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania writer Jeff Loveness has spilled some details on which MCU heroes are joining the film. Marvel Studios has yet to confirm and make formal announcements on the cast of The Kang Dynasty, but Loveness does have an idea.
“I wish Hawkeye a lot of luck [against the Kangs],” Loveness told Polygon, clearly against the idea of Hawkeye possibly winning against Kang the Conqueror, let alone his Council of Kangs, “I’m sure Daredevil and Moon Knight are gonna be great against those guys.”

Jeff Loveness wrote Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, which makes sense as to why he’s also writing The Kang Dynasty. Not only did the Ant-Man threequel introduce the MCU’s new big bad, but Loveness should be aware of the overall lore of Kang the Conqueror and his Council of Kangs, where he could easily pick which MCU heroes would work well against him.
Previously, Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars have been rumored to bring back the classic MCU heroes on screen, seeing as (in contrast to Avengers: Endgame of having the team travel back in time) these upcoming Avengers films will be pursuing a different traveling: specifically different realities within the multiverse, which is the prominent concept emerging in Marvel Phase 5.
Hawkeye would definitely be difficult to put in there, especially with Jeremy Renner still recovering from his snowplowing accident. As for Moon Knight and Daredevil fitting the bill, we have yet to see these heroes work side-by-side, so it’s another mystery to uncover as soon as we’re nearing the release of The Kang Dynasty.
For now, Avengers: The Kang Dynasty is set to premiere on May 2, 2025. In the meantime, you can check out Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania now showing in theaters.
