Who is Lady Nagant in My Hero Academia?
Chapter 312 gave fans a flashback about Hawks and Midoriya. Hawks was explaining why Shigaraki and All for One wanted Midoriya to be alive, which is for All for One to complete the power boost augmentation then eventually steal One for All from Midoriya.
To complete their mission, All for One hired the best guns from Tartarus Prison where he found Lady Nagant. She is the best candidate for the job considering that she has a sniper rifle arm and her hair can be twisted together to be any form of ammunition. Also, she was a former hero from the Safety Commission.
By why would someone so great as Lady Nagant be in Tartarus Prison? She killed a hero before as she believes that the hero system needed to be changed. Her main goal is to see the downfall of heroes. Teaming up with All for One doesn't necessarily make her one of them as she doesn't seem to be interested in his goals.
But since both of them despise the current hero society, Lady Nagant took the job. Fans can see her skills even better during her fight with Midoriya. It was obvious that she was Japan's number 1 long-ranged sniper, beating Snipe with her talent and skills.
Lady Nagant's power is not just limited to her rifle. Towards the end of Chapter 312, it was revealed that she can Air Walk. It's a quirk that she got from All for One which allows her to walk in the air.
