What Is the Rinnegan?
The Rinnegan is the most powerful Kekkai Genkai. The dot that appears in the eye of the holder is called tomoe or sharingan, which represents the heightened power of the user. The one who gains the power of Rinnegan automatically acquires many abilities.
The user can see chakra, master all five fundamental nature transformations, decipher the Sage of the Six Paths’ tablet, and summon the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path.
Users can also switch from Rinnegan to Sharingan whenever they wish to.
Only those with the DNA of the Uchiha and Senju clans can activate the Rinnegan, which explains why Madara and Sasuke have this ability.
In the case of Sasuke, he awakened his Rinnegan during the Fourth Great Ninja War.
Hagoromo gave Sasuke a part of his chakra, which helped improve his left Sharingan to Rinnegan.
Why Does Sasuke’s Rinnegan Look Different?
Unfortunately, there is no official explanation as to why Sasuke’s Rinnegan stands out from the rest. One possible reason is that he has Hagoromo’s chakra, which makes his Rinnegan superior to the others.
Remember, the dots on the eye of the Rinnegan user indicate the user's heightened power.
Since Sasuke’s dots are six, his power level is at full capacity. Each time Sasuke overuses his Rinnegan, a dot will disappear and reappear again after regeneration.
Another reason is that Sasuke can control his Eternal Magnekyou Sharingan in the same eye as his Rinnegan.
His special abilities do not stop there. Some Rinnegan users cannot activate the Seventh Path, which allows them to revive someone.
Since Sasuke has six tomoe (or six dots) in his eye, he can bring back someone from the dead and utilize the Amenotekikara to switch places with people or objects.
Sasuke’s Rinnegan is truly overpowered, bringing him to Naruto's level. This might also be another reason his Rinnegan is on a different level.
Since the beginning of Naruto, both of them were made to be equal to each other despite their contrasting personalities.
These two protagonists are both on god-tier levels, which will make it weird if they somehow die in the series.
