With the guild of Ainz Ooal Gown now in complete control of the Baharuth Empire, E-Rantel, Re-Estize, the Dwarven Kingdom, and the Frost Dragons, it will only be a matter of time before someone puts an end to his wrath.
How Much of the Overlord Light Novels Did the Anime Cover?
So far, the anime adaptation has covered 14 Overlord light novel volumes, except Volumes 12 and 13, which will be adapted into the upcoming Overlord: Holy Kingdom Arc Movie.
Overlord's first season covered light novel volumes one through three. It tells the founding story of Ainz Ooal Gown's guild, which led to his inevitable fight with Shalltear Bloodfallen.
In the light novel, Overlord Season 1 begins with The Undead King and concludes with The Bloody Valkyrie.
Meanwhile, the events of light novel volumes four through six were depicted in the second season of Overlord.
The Lizardmen Army and Demiurge's staged attack as Jaldabaoth pitted him against the Adventurer Momon, which were introduced in Overlord Season 2.
In the light novel, Overlord Season 2 begins with The Lizardmen Heroes and concludes with The Men of the Kingdom II.
Overlord's third season, on the other hand, focused on light novel volumes seven through nine.
The third season focused on the battle of Katze Plains, where Gazeff Stronoff died honorably, as well as Enri's rise to the position of Chief of Carne Village.
In the light novel, Overlord Season 3 begins with The Invaders of the Great Tomb and concludes with The Magic Caster of Destroy.
Finally, Overlord Season 4 was based on the events of the light novel volumes 10, 11, and 14.
It omitted Chapters 12 and 13 because they will be told in the upcoming Holy Kingdom Arc Film.
From the Dwarven Kingdom to the Re-Estize Kingdom, it tells the story of Ainz Ooal Gown's plans to conquer the world.
The light novel, Overlord 4, starts with The Ruler of Conspiracy and ends with The Witch of the Falling Kingdom, which we all know by now is the Golden Princess Renner of Re-Estize Kingdom.

Where to Start the Overlord Light Novel After the Anime
Overlord 4 concludes with Ainz Ooal Gown achieving total dominance over the Re-Estize Kingdom.
It also revealed Princess Renner's true identity as the mastermind behind her own kingdom's invasion.
Despite the fact that Season 5 is yet to be announced, fans can follow along with Ainz's supremacy by reading Overlord light novel volumes 15 through 18.
However, as of writing, Overlord has only released 16 light novel volumes.
The titles for Overlord light novel volumes 17 and 18 are not yet released to the public, but the author noted that the series will end with the 18th volume.
On the other hand, Overlord 4 skipped light novel volumes 12 and 13 for the Holy Kingdom Arc Movie.
To understand the context, fans can opt to read the aforementioned volumes first before watching the movie.
