Fans and followers believe that TXT Beomgyu has improved his figure significantly since he debuted as a K-pop idol in 2019.

A discussion on a forum about the matter previously went viral because many seemingly agreed to it, according to Koreaboo.

The outlet explained that it had something to do with Beomgyu's "shoulder line," with netizens highlighting the improvements in the appearance.

This even reportedly led some to wonder about the workout routines he had been doing since entering the world of K-pop.

A Workout Session Before Ending The Day

During a VLIVE engagement earlier in 2020, Beomgyu talked about his day-to-day routines when he was still a trainee. This meant he revealed the activities he did before he officially became an idol the year prior.

It remains unclear whether the TXT member continues to do these things up to this day. But, he shared at the time that a workout session is part of his daily routine as a trainee.

In the virtual engagement, the K-pop idol revealed that there were three things on his daily list of activities before midnight. One of which is doing a workout to keep his body in shape.

The South Korean artist continued that he also started doing dance classes after midnight as his training progressed. He also noted in the engagement that his day would usually end at either three or five in the morning.

TXT Beomgyu Reportedly Has A "Diverse" Workout Regimen

Beomgyu did not go into the details regarding the exercises he did during his trainee years. There is also very little information about the routines he now does for his fitness and health.

But, Health-Yogi claimed that the K-pop idol spends a dedicated amount of time on these activities. It also stated that his workout regimen consists of "diverse forms" of exercises.

The outlet continued that the main routines are allegedly cardio, core, and strength workouts. It later added that the TXT member does them for 45 minutes to an hour, five times a week.
