Two 'Groundbreaking' Post-Credit Scenes Reportedly Confirmed for Doctor Strange 2

Aside from the action sequences and the rumored appearances of multiple characters from massive franchises, one thing that Marvel fans wonder about the highly-anticipated Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is what will follow after the tremendous multiversal incident.

One widely-known element that the MCU introduced in the industry is the concept of a post-credits scene meant to give a hint on what's next for the franchise. And now that Multiverse of Madness is the MCU's biggest film to date, fans have to ask, does it have any post-credits scenes?

While some fans are patiently waiting for the film to hit theaters to unravel all the multiversal mysteries and cameos of different characters across the MCU, it's hard not to wonder what is next for either Elizabeth Olsen's Scarlet Witch and Benedict Cumberbatch's titular hero following the upcoming film.

With that being said, fans are constantly thinking about the possibility of a post-credit scene that will tease the future of the franchise.

Good news for Marvel fans, because the Doctor Strange sequel not only has one but has two 'groundbreaking' post-credit scenes.

According to a recent report from Comicbook.com, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness has two compelling post-credits scenes. One after the animated credit sequence and one placed after the whole credits rolled at the very end of the film.

Although we don't have any details yet about what's included in the said post-credit scenes, it would certainly connect with either Doctor Strange or Scarlet Witch, teasing future projects. The post-credit scene could tease Doctor Strange 3, or maybe even confirm Olsen's first Scarlet Witch solo movie.

Nevertheless, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is a deeper dive into the MCU's Phase 4 multiversal storyline, which means fans can consider the film as Chapter 1 of the Multiversal saga. Whatever happens in these post-credit scenes, will surely pave the way for a more prominent MCU storyline.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will premiere in theaters on May 4.
