If your forehead hasn’t been into knots trying to figure out what is happening in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness trailer, are you even that interested in the film? Well, that teaser should definitely make you think what in the actual hell is happening that there are other versions of the main characters at the same time.

We see Doctor Strange face his evil version, possibly Strange Supreme, who debuted in the animated series, What If..?, and he even teased Strange that “things just got out of hand.” He did it in a way that seems to have malice in his tone as if he enjoyed every bit of what just happened. By the end of the trailer, there is also what seems like a zombie version of Strange with lots of hands, too.

As for Wanda, she asked Strange a question that makes a lot of sense when he breaks the rules, he was treated like a hero but for her, when she did it, she came out as a villain. Then, a scene shows her meeting the evil version of herself while she is in what seems like her house in Westview and she was in tears. By the end, we see her evil version prepare to blast off some chaos magic off of her hands with blood on her face.
