The first episode of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier wasted no time in bringing back our beloved Marvel Cinematic Universe characters. In addition to that, fans also got to meet an interesting new character who is a huge mystery. Who is Dovich, the powerful member of the Flag-Smashers who might be a Super Soldier?
In New World Order, Sam Wilson's new friend Joaquin Torres investigates the new terrorist group Flag-Smashers, who perpetrate a bank robbery in Switzerland. One of the terrorists named Dovich is revealed to have super strength. When Joaquin confronts Dovich, he is immediately knocked out by the man.
The revelation is truly a shocking one considering that it looks like Dovich is a Super Soldier just like Captain America. However, the formula for the Super Soldier serum is long gone. There is a possibility that someone had tried to replicate it and may have been successful.
Although Dovich appears to be a special member of the Flag-Smashers, it's possible that he isn't the only Super Soldier in the group. The trailers for The Falcon and The Winter Soldier have already revealed that the others, including Erin Kellyman's character, have super strength as well.
Dovich is played by Desmond Chiam, who was previously announced to join the cast of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier along with Miki Ishikawa, who portrayed Bucky Barnes' date Leah. There is little doubt we'll be seeing more of these characters in the next few episodes of the series.
