It’s always fun when a new manga volume gets revealed, especially as it’s common practice among fans to predict which character will be on the cover. Now, we finally have our first look at Spy x Family Volume 11, along with its cover stars.

Unlike the previous 10 volumes which only featured one character each, Volume 11 features two characters on the cover.

This break from tradition makes sense given that these two are pretty much inseparable.

While not yet unveiled via official channels, images of the latest volume cover have already popped up online. And on the cover are Ewen Egeburg and Emile Elman, the two dedicated friends of Damian Desmond.

There’s been a lot of speculation about the next cover stars. Many fans in particular were hoping to see mister elegant himself, Henry Henderson, grace the cover.

While it may not be the likes of Henderson or Sylvia Sherwood, fans were still delighted to see Damian’s two loyal followers on the next cover.

As befitting Ewen and Emile’s dedication to Damian, the new cover features the two sitting on chairs that match the one Damian is sitting on in Volume 7. The two are even emulating Damian’s cross-armed pose.

The cover also features books, snacks, and other equipment which echo the Volume 7 cover. Though the difference here is that the items are out in the open.

Spy x Family Volume 11 Cover Features Yet Another Designer Chair

Designer chairs are pretty much a signature element of Spy x Family now, especially as practically all volume covers feature a well-known designer chair.

It all started with the iconic Le Corbusier LC2 that Loid uses on Volume 1’s cover. This was followed by the Marshmallow Sofa and the La Chaise chair that Anya and Yor sit on, respectively.

On the Volume 11 cover, Ewen and Emile are sitting on Hill House chairs that were designed by Scottish designer Charles Rennie Mackintosh.

Unsurprisingly, Mackintosh is also the designer of the chair Damian has on Volume 7’s cover.

It’s all but guaranteed that future volume covers will also feature designer chairs.

Although, Spy x Family has broken this tradition in Volume 10, as it features a young Twilight sitting on some rubble, showing his rough upbringing.

Spy x Family Volume 11 is expected to release in Japan on April 4, 2023, but there’s no word yet on an international release date.
