In a seemingly never-ending journey of the train that never stops running, the remains of humanity hang onto life as they board the Snowpiercer, a Noah's Ark for the last remaining humans on an ice frozen Earth.
For the last 7 years, the Earth was left in an arctic tundra after an experiment gone wrong, or more accurately, it was an experiment too perfect that the Earth went back to the Ice Age freezing the planet to its core in their attempt to cool the world after the global warming.
In 1001 train cars, the last of mankind circles the globe non-stop at high-speed to use kinetic energy to power the train and provide power and heat throughout the carriages. The train was supposedly only for those who can afford it but when it became time to board, chaos ensued and those who cannot pay for their survival forced themselves into the train.
Those who cannot afford to secure a slot on the train but managed to get in were pushed at the back coaches and were not given the same treatment as those who paid for it. After years of just trying to survive, a revolt ensues with the vision of giving everyone on board the democracy in a battle of social justice.
As new revelations come out of the horizon, new adversities rise as well as the second season of Snowpiercer takes on a whole new world.
The second season is set to have ten episodes with the first episode as The Time of Two Engines, the second as Smoulder to Life, the third as A Great Odyssey, and the fourth as A Single Trade.
The following episodes also have their working titles released as follows: Keep Hope Alive for Episode 5, Many Miles from Snowpiercer for Episode 6, Our Answer for Everything for Episode 7, The Eternal Engineer for Episode 8, The Show Must Go On for Episode 9, and Into the White for Episode 10.
Snowpiercer is also renewed for a third season even before the premiere of Season 2 which gives the fans and viewers the assurance that there is more to the story of Snowpiercer.

Entitled A Single Trade, the fourth episode takes on the Big Alice crew being granted shore leave on Snowpiercer. Layton and Wilford will be sharing different opinions as regards the future of everyone on the Snowpiercer and although they don't share the same thoughts, they try to bring some solution.

The fifth episode of Snowpiercer Season 2 is entitled Keep Hope Alive where the differences between the plans of Layton and Wilford continue as both would try and follow their lead. Wilford invites Audrey over as his guest on Big Alice as he plans his next move by sticking to his own plan.
On the other hand, Layton would be facing a harsh dilemma as he and Alice risk themselves for Big Alice. Josie also tries to pass intel to Snowpiercer.

Snowpiercer Season 2 stays home in their official network, TNT. The next episode will be available via TNT's cable network, TNT's website, and TNT's app. All other previous episodes such as Episodes 1 to 4 are accessible on the aforementioned platforms as well.

Snowpiercer Season 2 Netflix Release Date
As for Netflix, the Netflix release of Snowpiercer happens in one bulk which means that for Season 2 of Snowpiercer, Netflix would have to wait for the whole season to finish its release on TNT. Netflix has yet to confirm or release the official release date of Snowpiercer on their streaming platform.
Given that, the release date of Snowpiercer Season 2 on Netflix would be more or less March 20, 2021. The time of release is also unofficial but given that Netflix usually releases new episodes on or before 8 AM, it is expected to drop the whole second season of Snowpiercer at the same time.
For people outside of the US, Netflix releases every new episode of Snowpiercer Season 2 weekly depending on the location where the series is offered.
