After saying that he's uncertain with Hulk's future in the Marvel Cinematic Universe following Avengers: Endgame, the actor recently revealed that he has had "preliminary talks" with the studio to appear in the upcoming She-Hulk series. While there's little information revealed about the show, it looks like Ruffalo is already on board.

According to The Illuminerdi, Ruffalo is "already formally set and signed" to return as the Green Giant for the Disney+ show. "Clearly, our next question was what the contract details were in regards to number of episodes, and if this negotiation was solely for the small screen," the report reads. "However, we weren't able to get that defined quite yet." That said, the outlet claims that it isn't a guess and that it's actually "a lock."

Although this hasn't been officially announced by the studio, Ruffalo's appearance on the show isn't surprising given that his character is an integral part of She-Hulk's creation. The origin story to be used on the show was even rumored last month by the same outlet. Claiming that it will follow the plot of lawyer Jennifer Walters, who gains her powers by receiving a blood transfusion from her cousin Bruce Banner.

For now, Marvel is yet to announce any actors that are joining the cast, including the lead. That said, given that She-Hulk will most likely focus on Jennifer Walters, Ruffalo's appearance could be limited to a cameo.
