Following their release announcement in Japan earlier this month, the new Sasuke Retsuden and Konoha Shinden manga series have just been launched in English via Manga Plus.
These two new Naruto manga titles were released on October 23 and 29 in Japan, respectively.
While the English releases for both weren’t detailed in the original announcement, Manga Plus released both titles in English on the same day.
Sasuke Retsuden Manga Plus Release
The first of the two is Sasuke Retsuden: The Uchiha Descendants and the Heavenly Stardust (or Naruto: Sasuke's Story—The Uchiha and the Heavenly Stardust: The Manga in English).
This manga is based on the light novel of the same name that’s written by Jun Esaka and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto, the creator of Naruto. The light novel was originally released in Japan back on August 2, 2019.
Esaka has written two other light novels for the series, including Kakashi Retsuden: The Sixth Hokage and the Failure Boy and Naruto Retsuden: Naruto Uzumaki and the Spiral Destiny.
As for its story, Sasuke Retsuden is set in between Naruto: Shippuden and Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. It follows Sasuke and Sakura as they investigate something concerning the Sage of Six Paths.
Specifically, the story sees the two on a mission to investigate the Astronomy Institute of Research. At this time, Sasuke and Sakura are already married.
The new manga adaptation is made by Shingo Kimura, and chapters are released on a bi-weekly schedule. This means Chapter 2 will be released on Manga Plus on November 5, 2022.

Konoha Shinden Manga Plus Availability
A week after Sasuke Retsuden, Konoha Shinden: Steam Ninja Scrolls (Naruto: Konoha's Story—The Steam Ninja Scrolls: The Manga in English) was released on Manga Plus internationally in English.
This new manga is made by Natsuo Sai, and it is based on the light novel of the same name by Sho Hinata and Masashi Kishimoto which was released back in 2016.
The Steam Ninja Scrolls light novel is set at the same time as the Naruto manga’s epilogue. Its events span the time period until Naruto Gaiden Chapter 700+10.
The events in the story are set 15 years after the Fourth Shinobi World War. The story follows Kakashi and Might Guy as they try to go on a long-overdue vacation.
Konoha Shinden’s first chapter was released in Japan and internationally on October 29.
On Manga Plus, the second chapter is set to release in English on November 11, 2022.
