Queen Elizabeth had her avid followers worried over her health after she contracted COVID-19 in February and has since been away from the spotlight. The British monarch has joined her family at a memorial service to celebrate the life of the late Prince Philip on Tuesday, March 29.
Surprisingly, Prince Andrew accompanied Queen Elizabeth to Westminster Abbey. The service was organized as COVID-19 rules meant the late Prince of Edinburgh's funeral, held almost a year ago, only had 30 people in attendance.
Recent reports claimed Queen Elizabeth "reluctantly" gave into Prince Charles and Prince William's demands to sideline Prince Andrew at Prince Philip's memorial service this week. Keep on reading to know more details.
Queen Elizabeth Disappointed Prince Charles And Prince William For Bringing Prince Andrew To Prince Philip's Memorial Service?
Royal biographer Angela Levin, during an appearance on GB News, talked about Prince Charles and Prince William, including their "dismay" about the key role of Prince Andrew in the memorial. She stated:
"They would have known in advance, of course. They were the people that absolutely discussed it in detail with the Queen that he had to step back and couldn't be involved in royal duties."

Angela Levin added that Prince Charles and Prince William got disappointed because Prince Andrew would "tarnish the whole monarchy." The royal biographer said Queen Elizabeth "reluctantly" gave into that because she has always adored the Duke of York.
She added:
"Not just her, not just them but the whole lot. He has some way of making her give him what he wants. It has been like that since he was a child."
The author of Harry: A Biography Of A Prince also revealed the usual practice of Queen Elizabeth in decision making is to "think very carefully about something" and that "she doesn't usually respond immediately."
Angela Levin shared:
"She then makes a decision of what she is going to do and she says it very cryptically, one sentence two sentences, that's it."

Queen Elizabeth Accused Of Not Taking Prince Andrew's Issues Seriously?
Meanwhile, a lawyer, who represented victims of the late s*xual predator Jeffrey Epstein, commented that Queen Elizabeth seems to not be taking the issues of Prince Andrew seriously. The remarks came after Her Majesty notably gave the ex-husband of Sarah Ferguson a major role at Prince Philip's memorial service.
Most, if not all, royal followers can recall that Prince Andrew rode alongside Queen Elizabeth on the way to the venue. The brother of Prince Charles even escorted Her Majesty to her seat.
Spencer Kuvin described that Queen Elizabeth's move was "unfortunate." He added:
“It’s unfortunate that Queen Elizabeth does not take seriously the issues pertaining to her son.”
The lawyer furthered that, by having Prince Andrew escort her through the service, Queen Elizabeth implied that "she approves of her son's past behavior." The British monarch has yet to respond to Spencer Kuvin's statements.
