Idol is the title of Oshi no Ko Episode 11, and it picks up where the last episode left off, prior to B-Komachi's performance at the Japan Idol Festival.

The episode begins with an idol group leaving backstage following their performance.

Mana, a member of the group, expressed excitement at the performance of another charming girl she saw in the dressing room.

Meanwhile, three idol followers are making their way to the Star Stage. One of them is looking forward to seeing B-Komachi's Mem-cho, whom they have been following online.

According to the other fan, Mem-cho's group adopted the name B-Komachi from a popular idol group led by legendary idol Ai Hoshino in the past.

B-Komachi takes the stage, and Kana notices that they have a decent audience, as expected of Mem-cho, the group's influencer.

The red light sticks stand out as well, which reminded Kana of the time when their group was selecting glow stick colors for each other.

Ruby chose the red one, but Mem-cho chose the yellow one. Kana thought any color was acceptable, so she went for white. But, according to Mem-cho, the white glowstick is exceptional, so people tend to cry foul and fight over it.

The music begins, and B-Komachi makes a good first impression. Kana isn't nervous, but she notices a lot of people waving yellow glow sticks.

She believes Mem-cho would have been a better choice as the center idol because she has a vast audience.

Three idol fans who are anticipating B-Komachi's performance have conflicting feelings.

Two of them were fans of the idol group, but the considerably older man refused to recognize the three girls until he noticed Ai Hoshino's resemblance to Ruby.

B-Komachi's debut performance went well, but Kana's spirits are still low compared to Ruby, who dazzled the audience and won their hearts. Sadly, no one was looking at Kana or supporting her in any way.

Kana recounts the time when her mother and manager ditched her. Even her fans only see traces of the old her.

For almost ten years, she had wished for someone to look at her and need her, but all her efforts had been futile.

That's when Aqua stepped forward, arm raised, holding a white glow stick. Kana and the others were taken aback when they saw him wave his glow sticks alone, with a solemn expression on his face.

He looks like an idiot waving the colored glow sticks, but Kana’s spirits finally lit up.

Seeing this, Kana resolves to make Aqua fall in love with her until the day Aqua can only wave the white glow stick.

Overall, B-Komachi's debut performance was a success, and viewers believe they will go far in the future.

Aqua also believes that the group did well for their first performance, so giving them high scores now would be a waste given that they can hold far greater performances in the future.

On the way home, Miyako asked Aqua how things were going with Akane. Aqua said that he hasn't seen Akane and that their relationship is strictly professional.

Kana's mood improved, and Mem-cho also learned Kana has feelings for Aqua, forming a love triangle with Akane.

Meanwhile, Akane received plans for her next job. She was delighted to know that she would be able to work with Aqua again.

As this happens, Kana is confronting Aqua about his disguise as Pieyon prior to their performance at JIF.

Aqua explained that he wore Pieyon's disguise to talk with Kana because he had no other means to approach her. Kana was overjoyed since Aqua went above and beyond to make amends with her.

In a pub, Masaya Kaburagi is having a meeting with Sumiaki Raida, the representative of the event management company Magic Flow.

They are talking about Tokyo Blade and how it will be adapted into a 2.5-D stage play, supported by LaLa Lai Theater Production.

Akane and Aqua met in a café to post a photo online. They still need to act as a couple since it’s only been days since Love Now ended.

They also talked about Tokyo Blade’s 2.5D stage play, where both of them will act and work together again.

Akane also said that she will portray Princess Saya alongside Touki, who will be played by Aqua.

These two characters are lovers, which led Akane to believe that the production staff had set out to take them.

Kana showed up out of nowhere and joined the conversation. She said that she would be playing Tsurugi in the play.

She also warned Akane about the risks of sharing photos online in real time.

Akane did not back down, mocking Kana as well. Aqua recognizes immediately that the two of them don't get along.

Akane apparently lost jobs to Kana when they were children, so she retains a grudge against the talented child actor.

The two of them refused to lose, and the Tokyo Blade Stage Play will be their only chance to settle the score.
