The month-long delay is due to One Piece creator Eiichiro Oda’s upcoming eye surgery.

The title of One Piece Chapter 1086 is The Five Elders, and it features a reader request cover of Chopper and a cat crossing a rainbow reflected in a puddle.

The Levely comes to a close with the truth of King Cobra’s murder kept under wraps.

With the disappearance of both Vivi and Cobra, Igaram, Chaka, and Pell search desperately for their whereabouts.

News of Cobra’s Murder and Vivi’s Disappearance

Wapol and Vivi had actually slipped away on a ship bound for the Eigis Kingdom.

Wapol calls Morgan, who offers to assist him in getting out of the difficult situation.

Morgan is confident that he will be able to obtain information from Wapol, who witnessed something significant in the empty throne room.

Vivi questions Wapol about what he saw back in the castle, but the latter refuses to respond.

Also, Wapol wants Vivi to return to her own ship, but she opposes it since members of the CP0 will abduct her no matter what protection she has.

Imu desires to use the Mother Flame, an invention of Dr. Vegapunk. The Gorosei decided that now was the ideal time to put their powers to the test, with Egghead Island potentially adjusting its response based on the outcome.

A test on forested terrain would perform better than one on the open sea, but Imu insisted on using the Mother Frame to reach Lulusia Kindom due to its proximity.

• St. Jaygarcia Saturn, the Godhead of Science and Defense, wants to take the necessary steps to start the test.
• St. Marcus Mars, the Godhead of Environment, observes that there are signs of rebellion in Lulusia’s populace.
• St. Topman Warcury, the Godhead of Justice, hopes that the Mother Flame Test may serve as an example to others.
• St. Ethan-Baron V. Nusjuro, the Godhead of Finance, hopes to use the Mother Frame’s powers freely and
• St. Shepherd Ju Peter, the Godhead of Agriculture, wants to bring the ancient battle to its conclusion.

But there is one more thing Imu desires from the Gorosei: to have Vivi by his side.

Following the Levely, the Marine Headquarters received claims of rebellions in Tajine and even the Eigis Kingdoms.

Despite having a new military campaign courtesy of the Seraphims, the Marines were stretched thin between the end of the seven warlords and the surprise rebellion in member countries of the world government.

The Truth About the Vanishing of Lulusia Kingdom

Back in the present, Sabo concludes his account with what happened in Lulusia, when the people seized King Seki and Princess Comane.

Sabo further stated that the people of Lulusia welcomed him with open arms and that it was the first time he saw himself in the news and discovered that he was accused of regicide.

Furthermore, Sabo desired to tell the people the truth about what had transpired, but he couldn't bring himself to do so in the face of their revolutionary fervor.

And, due to Betty and the others, Lulusia was brimming with determined people eager to join the revolutionary army.

Sabo was also unable to send a signal since he could not obtain a jamming transponder. This is also why Sabo sent a relay call as they were leaving the harbor.

If the government received the signal, they would believe he was still on Lulusia, but in fact, he was already at sea with the army's eager recruits.

Emporio then thought that Lulusia had vanished while Sabo was on the phone, which Sabo confirmed.

It was a sad scene on the ship, as most of their recruits had left their families behind and witnessed their homeland being destroyed before their eyes.

Dragon asked Sabo what occurred, and the latter described how a large shadow blanketed the sky and then, in an instant, something that no natural, living creature could explain: there was some black, gigantic thing that flew above the clouds!

Is Imu Immortal?

Emporio remembered how Sabo mentioned the name Imu earlier. He noted that among the first 20 who created the world 800 years ago, there was a monarch named St. Imu of the Nerone Dynasty.

He also mentioned that there are ways to generate eternal life in the world and that someone had previously proven it.

This simply means that there is someone out there who has been living for centuries without dying.

As a result, Emporio and Sabo believe they are discussing the same Imu because they share the same name.

It could be a coincidence, but Emporio knows that Imu is the only person in the world who can oversee the Gorosei.

Furthermore, Emporio believes that what Sabo saw in the sky was a government weapon created by Dr. Vegapunk. Sabo couldn't force himself to believe that Dr. Vegapunk could create such a murder weapon.

However, Emporio raises the possibility that the murder tool was also an ancient weapon. And if Imu had been alive since the beginning of time, everything would have come together.
