What Is The Plot For New Amsterdam Season 4 Episode 7?
NBC just released the official synopsis for New Amsterdam Season 4 Episode 7 titled Harmony.
“Max and Bloom are shocked when a deadly ambulance crash reveals a dangerous plan; Fuentes pressures Iggy to take on patients; Sharpe realizes her cost-cutting had adversely affected her department; Reynolds, Baptiste, and Malvo try reach an accord,” the synopsis read.
Based on the synopsis alone, we can predict that the upcoming episode of New Amsterdam Season 4 will test the doctors to the core. And the term “deadly ambulance crash” confirms that someone will be killed off and one can only hope that none of our favorite characters would have to say goodbye.

Is There A Trailer For New Amsterdam Season 4 Episode 7?
The official trailer for New Amsterdam Season 4 Episode 7 has just been released. And the 15-second clip opens with Max (Ryan Eggold) and Sharpe (Freema Agyeman) chatting outside the hospital when an ambulance suddenly crashes into another vehicle.
Max and Sharpe run to the scene, and the former is enraged. While inside the hospital, Max asks the driver of the ambulance why he was speeding.
The next scene features a quick flashback from the time that the doctors at New Amsterdam got into an accident while they were also on board an ambulance.
So, we can also predict that the doctors’ PTSD will be triggered because of the accident in the upcoming episode.
In the final scene, Bloom (Janet Montgomery) is panicking. She tells Max that she wants to know what happened. It’s unclear if Bloom is asking about the recent accident or the one that happened a few years ago.

After all, the previous accident that left Bloom limping for months was not openly explained in New Amsterdam. But fans can remember how heartbreaking it was because that was the moment that they thought Max’s wife, Georgia (Lisa O’Hare) would be killed off.
However, Georgia died much later in New Amsterdam Season 1. And she left Max grappling with her demise for quite some time. The couple also has a daughter together.

Max and Sharpe finally had the opportunity to talk about their plans to leave the hospital. And to our surprise, it’s still happening!
Initially, Max seemed to be having doubts about leaving New Amsterdam because he didn’t want the hospital to be under Veronica’s (Michelle Forbes) care. In fact, Sharpe overheard Max telling Veronica that he’s not leaving, and this made her question their future together – yet again.
So, when the couple finally had the chance to talk about their plans, Sharpe was more than thrilled to know that Max is still on board about leaving.
But we can’t help but keep our friends crossed and hope that this won’t happen. After all, what’s New Amsterdam Season 7 without these two?
Other than Max and Sharpe’s relationship, Reynolds (Jocko Sims) Malvo (Francie Turner), and Baptiste (Andre Blake) had an awkward conversation.
Reynolds and Malvo became convinced that Baptiste knew that they were hooking up. So, they decided to come clean. Since Baptiste is technically Reynolds’ boss, the latter thought it was necessary to be truthful.
