2PM member Junho was on cloud nine after he received a pleasant surprise from his best friend, Song Joong Ki. It was reported that the ex-beau of Song Hye Kyo sent a food truck to the set of Junho’s imminent new K-drama titled The Red Sleeve Cuff.
Avid followers of 2PM member Junho noticed that the food truck was adorned with banners, containing a warm message from the Arthdal Chronicles lead actor. “I support all cast and staff of The Red Sleeve Cuff, from Song Joong Ki,” the printed message read.

Photos of the food truck Song Joong Ki sent to The Red Sleeve Cuff set made rounds online. One snap featured some photos of 2PM member Junho decorated in the food booth.
The Red Sleeve Cuff is a fictional drama that centers on the love story of Lee San or Yi San, who later becomes King Jeongjo of Joseon. He will also pursue his beloved concubine named Royal Noble Consort Sung. The imminent K-drama is set to premiere on Nov. 5, 2021, and will be available on Viki.
For starters, Song Joong Ki and 2PM member Junho have been friends for quite some time now. The pair first met on the KBS variety show titled Let’s Go Dream Team in 2009.

Meanwhile, Song Joong Ki is this year’s Outstanding Korean Actor during the 2021 Seoul International Drama Awards. The ex-lover of Song Hye Kyo garnered the award for his exemplary performance in the hit tvN and Netflix series Vincenzo.

Aside from Song Joong Ki, Bae Suzy was also proclaimed the Outstanding Korean Actress for Start-Up. Unfortunately, the two K-drama stars failed to attend the prestigious ceremony.
The Vincenzo series, which starred Song Joong Ki, won the Excellent Korea Drama award while Missing Child nabbed this year’s Daesang or Grand Prize. The victory of the JTBC series is considered the first time in nine years for a South Korean television drama series to win the award since the 2021 SBS show called Deep Rooted Tree.
The Penthouse got the Best Drama Series Golden Bird Prize while the Chinese series called Go Ahead garnered the Silver Bird Prize.
