Post-stingers in the MCU are rarely ever out of sight, aside from Avengers: Endgame and Secret Invasion. But does Loki Season 2 have its post-credit scenes, though? Here’s everything you need to know.

Loki Season 2 already brought us back to the God of Mischief and TVA agent Mobius' reunion, as per the post-credit scenes of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania previously teased.

In the teaser, we saw the duo back in action, this time, gearing up to face the Marvel Cinematic Universe's next Kang variant, Victor Timely.

If you’ve watched the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe, chances are, you know exactly why every Marvel fan would intentionally stay behind in theaters after the end credits.

Like a tradition, these post-stingers in Marvel built anticipation for its audiences in terms of what to expect to watch next in the franchise, and what other secrets we’re about to be teased with in the upcoming films (and series).

Now, this typically applies in MCU movies, but do they also do the same in the MCU series?

As a matter of fact, they do! Here are a couple of instances of how the post-credit scenes were used in the MCU series:

WandaVision, the first ever MCU series that took place after Avengers: Endgame, had its post-credit scenes in the finale episode.

WandaVision’s finale post-stinger teased the Scarlet Witch’s small screen debut before heading on to its theatrical window in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

The Scarlet Witch-led series also led to how Monica Rambeau joined Nick Fury in the S.A.B.E.R. space station, which we’ll be seeing more of once The Marvels comes out.

Ms. Marvel had a similar post-stinger teaser in its finale episode, which teased how Kamala Khan and Carol Danvers ended up switching places. This, of course, would be explained in The Marvels movie, too.

So, Does Loki Season 2 Have Post-Credit Scenes?

Loki Season 1 had one post-credit scene and one post-credit announcement.

The first and only post-credit scene it showed was in Loki Episode 4, where the original Loki was seemingly pruned, only to wake up in a new location surrounded by his many Loki variants.

The post-credit announcement, on the other hand, was (you guessed it) revealed in the finale episode, where someone stamped on paper: Loki will return in Season 2.

Quite surprisingly, the MCU series hit it right off on the premiere episode, immediately addressing fan concerns about where Sylvie had gone amidst the chaos at the Time Variance Authority HQ.

As it turned out, the post-credit scene of Loki Season 2 unveiled she traveled to 1982's Broxton, Oklahoma, her first step in coming out victoriously after having killed He Who Remains.

She seems to believe that her work and main goal is finally over, thus looking for a place to settle down.

When asked by the cashier if she wanted anything from the menu, Sylvie cryptically said, "I want to try everything," which implies her trying to get her second chance at living her life despite the mess she left at the TVA.

However, considering that the premiere episode of Season 2 indicates that in the future, she's bound to meet with Loki again, this won't be the end of Lady Loki's work and involvement with the Kang variant.

Loki Season 2 ended with no post-credit scenes included in episodes 2-6, which might already imply that this is the end of the God of Mischief's (God of Stories, rather) journey in his own titular series.

Will There Be a Loki Season 3?

As of writing, Loki Season 2 had just ended, so this remains to be seen, especially since the story seems to have concluded with Loki being hailed as the God of Stories, and potentially, as the 'new' He Who Remains behind the Sacred Timeline.

While waiting for further confirmation announcements for Loki Season 3, you can watch Loki Season 2’s official trailer below:
