Jujutsu Kaisen Hypes Up Volume 19 Release With Awesome Commemorative Videos

The latest collection of Jujutsu Kaisen chapters is finally dropping this Monday and it looks like the franchise has the coolest way to celebrate its release. The franchise's official Twitter account has been sharing awesome commemorative videos ahead of the Jujutsu Kaisen Volume 19 release!

On April 2, the official Jujutsu Kaisen Twitter account confirmed that there will be special commemorative videos shared every day starting on Saturday until Wednesday, April 6. Two videos will be released each day in celebration of Jujutsu Kiasen Volume 19's release. The first video focused on Yuji Itadori and was followed by Suguru Geto's video. Check them out below.

As of writing, only four videos have been released with the third one featuring Yuta Okkotsu and the fourth focusing on Panda. We're already looking forward to the next videos tomorrow.

Jujutsu Kaisen Volume 19 features an original cover illustrated by Gege Akutami that shows Hiromi Higuruma with a wilted sunflower. It's a cool image of the public defense lawyer who played an important role in the Tokyo No.1 Colony arc and fans are also loving how Higuruma's pose is very similar to how Kento Nanami looked on the cover of Volume 11. In addition to that, it's awesome to note that Higuruma's name actually means "sunflower" and the flower he is holding is an obvious reference.

Hiromi Higuruma has not yet been introduced in the anime and it might be a long time before we get to see him in action. Nevertheless, manga readers are already looking forward to his anime debut. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.

The latest volume of the manga will contain Chapters 162 to 171 which is a huge bulk of the Tokyo No. 1 Colony arc where Higuruma played the main antagonist.

Jujutsu Kaisen Volume 19 is officially titled Tokyo No.1 Colony: Angry Man ("Tokyo Dai-Ichi Koroni -Okoreru Otoko-"). It will be available on April 4, 2022.
