Globe Magazine, in its upcoming July 18, 2022 issue, reported that the “catty attitudes” of Jennifer Lopez and Jennifer Garner are causing major headaches for Ben Affleck. The Deep Water actor is said to be “bummed” that the two actresses are not getting along, especially since the Alias star has allegedly rekindled her romance with fast-food burger baron John Miller.
An unnamed insider told the entertainment news outlet:
“Ben knows they’ll never be one big happy blended foursome, but he’d appreciate it if J.Lo wasn’t so b*tchy and disinterested in any type of interaction with Jen and her man.”
Ben Affleck, as per the publication, has remained on good terms with Jennifer Garner even after their 10-year marriage hit rock bottom in 2015. However, insiders pointed out Ben Affleck’s first engagement with Jennifer Lopez was fizzling just when he and dimple-cheeked Jennifer Garner co-starred in the 2003 flick called Daredevil. Tipster confided Ben tries to avoid his former wife as much as possible, adding:
“Whenever he nips off to pick the kids up and stay for a coffee, he comes back to the third degree from J.Lo!”
The same informant also shared that sometimes Jennifer Garner stops over to pick up or drop off their children but Jennifer Lopez, allegedly, does not even come down to greet her.
It stated:
“It’s embarrassing for Ben, who has to come up with an explanation, which always sounds lame, and they both know it’s because J.Lo can’t tolerate Jen in the same house. Garner is quite content in her life post-divorce and finds it sad and impolite that J.Lo can’t see that, but she’s not one to rise to the bait.”

Meanwhile, Jennifer Lopez broke her silence on panic attacks and the “paralysis” she experiences after. The fiancee of Ben Affleck made the revelations in the latest issue of her coveted newsletter, “On the JLo.”
In it, Jennifer Lopez shared:
"I was sitting in a trailer, and all the work and the stress it brought with it, coupled with not enough sleep to recuperate mentally, caught up with me. I went from feeling totally normal to thinking about what I needed to do that day and all of a sudden I felt as if I couldn't move ... I was completely frozen."
The ladylove of Ben Affleck added:
"I found myself feeling physically paralyzed, I couldn't see clearly and then the physical symptoms I was having started to scare me and the fear compounded itself. Now I know it was a classic panic attack brought on by exhaustion, but I had never even heard the term at the time. By the time I got there, I could at least speak again and I was so terrified I thought I was losing my mind."

"I asked the doctor if I was going crazy. He said, 'No, you're not crazy. You need sleep ... get 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night, don't drink caffeine, and make sure you get your workouts in if you're going to do this much work.'"
