Straight up, Marvel may have listened to the confused fans calling out whether Kate Bishop would be in the movie because she is not in Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania and if the rumors are true that she did some scenes, it was not included in the movie.
Fan reactions to the rumors of Kate Bishop being in Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania are mixed. The villain of the movie is Kang The Conqueror, it is set in the Quantum Realm, and Kate Bishop has never even associated with any of the characters in the movie.
Still, while her character did not make an appearance in Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania, she and Cassie Lang are set to meet in the future of the franchise with the narrative on its way to the formation of the Young Avengers where both of them may be part of.
