A recently released poster for the upcoming movie Dune: Part Two is making rounds online right now as the design reminded a lot of fans of a giant chihuahua dog.
The highly-anticipated sequel unveiled an IMAX-focused poster that hyped up the film's expanded aspect radio for its screenings in the IMAX format and the immersive experience that the audience will experience.
The design for the new IMAX poster of the film highlighted a major battle sequence alongside three giant sandworms and an ornithopter which teases the grand scope of the IMAX presentation.

The giant three sandworms in the new IMAX movie poster of Dune: Part Two reminded fans of a giant chihuahua and fans can't help but share their hilarious thoughts on the uncanny resemblance on social media.
X user @myemtv's post about the poster's giant chihuahua resemblance received more than 100,000 likes as a lot of people also agreed with her observation.
"Idk anything about Dune but from this poster it looks like it's about a giant chihuahua chasing some tiny people," she wrote in her post.

According to the official logline of the studio, the film "will explore the mythic journey of Paul Atreides as he unites with Chani and the Fremen while on a path of revenge against the conspirators who destroyed his family. Facing a choice between the love of his life and the fate of the known universe, he endeavors to prevent a terrible future only he can foresee."
Returning cast members from the first film include Timothee Chalamet, Zendaya, Rebecca Ferguson, Josh Brolin, Dave Bautista, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Stellan Skarsgard, Charlotte Rampling, and Javier Bardem.
They are joined by franchise newcomers such as Austin Butler, Florence Pugh, Christopher Walken, and Lea Seydoux. Denis Villeneuve also returned to helm the sequel.
The film is slated for release in theaters worldwide on March 1.
