To quickly answer that question, YES! Henry Cavill suits up as Superman once more in Black Adam but he isn't in any of the main sequence of the film, he's in the post-credits scene of Black Adam.

The scene opens with a cloudy dark room and it cuts to Black Adam meeting with someone. Surprising everyone is a familiar voice saying, "It's been a while since anyone's made the world this nervous." And from the shadows, Henry Cavill's Superman comes out.

This scene has been long hinted by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and as it turns out, Henry Cavill is really suiting up once more as Superman, a cape Cavill hasn't worn for a while now.

Following the merger of Warner Bros. and Discovery, the studio is now under new leadership with David Zaslav taking charge and a lot of changes are now on the way of DCEU, hopefully, it will be for the best of the franchise.

See, the return of Henry Cavill in Black Adam isn't something random. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson personally revealed in an interview during the press tour of Black Adam that it took them six years to get Cavill's Superman to appear on The Rock's DCEU debut movie.

Johnson shared, "This serves not only Black Adam, but it serves the larger DC Universe. But man, more importantly than that, it takes care of the fans, and that’s what you want your lead foot to be. And yes, phone calls and meetings, but man, it was years…this was six years to get that done."

"I’m gonna say that again - six years, we first started talking about this, and they kept saying no. Now that leadership isn’t there anymore, because we usher in a new era in the DC Universe, and we usher out an old era," Johnson added.
