Many anime fans are excited about the show because of its interesting premise and source material.

This show is based on the ongoing manga of the same name that’s praised for its character development and wholesome story.

It follows Ganta Nakami, an insomniac who tries to get some sleep at his school’s abandoned astronomical observatory. There, he meets Isaki Magari, another insomniac with the same plan.

Soon, the two become friends and use the observatory as a space to spend time and cope with their insomnia. They soon also help reestablish the school’s astronomy club.
