Analyzing the first two episodes of Hawkeye, it seems that Kate Bishop was one of those who remained on Earth while half of the universe was snapped out of existence. It was not explicitly stated but looking at the circumstances, she wasn’t one of those who perished.

Why is that so? Well, those who were blipped by Thanos didn’t age all those five years that they were not present. Their age from the moment they were snapped was frozen that when they came back, it was as if their bodies never left and they didn’t age.

As for Kate, she is shown in Episode 1 to be a child in the first few minutes of the show. That was set in 2012 during the Battle of New York where Hawkeye unknowingly saved her from a Chitauri coming towards her. In the episode, Kate said she is already 22 years old. Considering that the current timeline is 2023, Christmas time after the blip, she was 11 by that time which means she aged.

Kate was able to attend school, even competed in various competitions, had she been snapped by Thanos, her age would not fit the years. This would all be true if Kate was not lying about her age. By the looks of it, she seemed to be sincere about that, even offended when Clint thought she was just 18.

Hawkeye Episodes 1 and 2 are now streaming on Disney Plus. Episode 3 arrives next week.
