Final Fantasy XV Universe Gets Treated to 1080p Goodness

The Final Fantasy XV universe is basically made up of four components. These were first showcased as live streams in Japanese events.

This time, PlayStation Taiwan has already released a higher resolution video that shows off similar footage but in full 1080p goodness.

Seen in the video below, the clip showcases the three upcoming games and movies that fans can expect to complete their Final Fantasy adventure this year. There’s a sneak peek of the anime short Brotherhood: Final Fantasy. We also have the CG full-feature film Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV.

Obviously, there’s the base game, Final Fantasy XV. You can check out some of the sweeping landscapes of the city, short footage of Chocobo rides and the flying version of the Regalia, and even some monsters. You can enjoy a lot of gameplays of fight scenes, too.

The video does not include footage of Justice Monsters Five, which is an accessory mobile game of the same universe.

For those who are not familiar with the mobile game, Justice Monsters Five is a pinball minigame. It’s set to come on the iOS and Android by the end of the August, so it’s a nice way to get into the groove of Final Fantasy XV.

Pre-registration is already available for both versions, but only in the U.S. Those who will pre-register can get Golden Orbs, which is the currency to the game. The more registered players are, the more Golden Orbs will be given away.

Final Fantasy XV is coming on Sept. 30 to the PS4 and Xbox One.
