After its announcement last month, Hunter x Hunter Volume 37 is finally out now in Japan, and fans are celebrating the manga’s long-awaited return online.
To mark the volume’s launch and to promote its release, Shueisha released a new preview video for Hunter x Hunter that was uploaded on the official JUMP COMICS CHANNEL on YouTube.
Along with the preview, fans online also reacted to images from the volume that show the improved art from the manga chapter releases.
Hunter x Hunter Volume 37 Release
In case you missed it, Yoshihiro Togashi’s iconic manga series Hunter x Hunter returned from its longest hiatus yet which was almost four years in length.
Beginning a few weeks ago, new chapters of the manga are released in Weekly Shonen Jump and Manga Plus.
Along with its return, Volume 37 was also confirmed, with a release date in Japan set for November 4, 2022. This latest volume compiles Chapters 381 to 390.

While Hunter x Hunter began way back in 1998, the series has gone on multiple lengthy hiatuses due to Togashi’s health issues.
Prior to its return, the last chapter and volume were released in late 2018.
Fans got some hope earlier this year as Togashi opened his personal Twitter account.
There, he shared regular updates on the progress of his work. This hinted at the series’ return which was finally announced last month.

Hunter x Hunter Fans React to the New Volume Release
When the volume was announced, fans reacted with joy to the series’ much-anticipated return. After all, it has been years since new content for the series has been released.
Given Togashi’s health issues, some manga chapters are serialized with artwork that still lacks polishing. Though volume releases often come with improved art.
Based on reports by manga insiders on Twitter, Hunter x Hunter Volume 37 also features improved art. Specifically, more details are added to the intricate creature designs.
Right now though, there’s no word yet on an English release date for Volume 37.
But if you can’t wait, all chapters of the series are available now on Manga Plus and on Shonen Jump in English.
