Following Disney's acquisition of Fox in 2019 comes Deadpool 3 joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe's slate sometime in 2024. To prepare for the Merc with a Mouth's long overdue MCU takeover, here's a Deadpool 3 cast guide of every character and cameos expected to come in the threequel:
Ryan Reynolds as Wade Wilson aka Deadpool
Ryan Reynolds returns as the titular Merc with the Mouth in the threequel, Deadpool 3. Initially debuting as Deadpool in 2009's X-Men Origins: Wolverine, his 2016's Deadpool and 2018's Deadpool 2 have portrayed a more comic-accurate character.
By the third film, Reynolds was supposedly working on an X-Force film with Josh Brolin as Cable. However, this was canceled once Marvel Studios acquired the character, as well.
Marvel's Deadpool 3 is set to be the billion-dollar franchise's first R-rated project, which would bring even more to the MCU table once the threequel comes to fruition.
Hugh Jackman as Wolverine
As the original Wolverine actor, Hugh Jackman's return will not only mark the canonization of mutants in the MCU but even reprise his iconic role in the billion-dollar franchise himself.
Jackman's 2017 film, Logan, was supposedly his last time in the X-Men franchise, up until rumors about Avengers: Secret Wars speculating that his Wolverine return would make a bigger difference in the future of the superhero franchise.
Morena Baccarin as Vanessa Carlysle
Despite Morena Baccarin's Vanessa Carlysle getting killed in Deadpool 2, many MCU fans were still hoping that she would return to the franchise once it joined the MCU.
Luckily, Vanessa was revived by the post-credit scenes thanks to Cable's time-traveling. It was confirmed by April 2023 that she would be reprising her role in Deadpool 3. What remains unclear for now is how long she'll be in the franchise with Wade Wilson.
Stefan KapiÄiÄ as Colossus
Stefan KapiÄiÄ's Colossus will also be joining the original cast of Deadpool 3. He was the third confirmed mutant character who will be appearing in the MCU threequel.
As an active member of the X-Men, Colossus' powers granted his metallic form which protects his body and enhances his supernatural abilities. Though we have yet to see his human form in the running franchise.
Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Shioli Kutsuna as Yukio
Brianna Hildebrand's Negasonic Teenage Warhead is one of the youngest members of the X-Men who can generate atomic blasts from her body.
Alongside Hildebrand is Shioli Kutsuna, who was also confirmed to reprise her role since her Deadpool 2 debut as Yukio, aka Negasonic's canon girlfriend and fellow X-Man. Yukio's ability lies in controlling electricity.
Officially announced to have been cast in Deadpool 3, their on-screen chemistry with Deadpool will live on to tell the tale in the MCU franchise. Again, it remains to be seen whether she'll become a permanent character in the franchise or not.
Leslie Uggams as Blind Al & Karan Soni as Dopinder
Not to forget the two most iconic supporting characters in the entire Deadpool franchise, namely, Leslie Uggams as Blind Al, aka Deadpool's roommate, and Karan Soni as Dopinder, aka everyone's favorite cab driver. Both of whom exist perfectly for comedic purposes.

Which X-Men Cameos Will We See in Deadpool 3? Other Supporting Characters and More
There had been rumors that Emma Corrin, whose prominent role comes from Netflix's The Crown as Diana, Princess of Wales, will be Wanda Wilson aka Lady Deadpool.
Though this is mere speculation, Lady Deadpool is said to be the main villain of the upcoming threequel. Only time will tell once her undisclosed role gets more details ahead of Deadpool 3's theatrical release.
Another rumor lies in Pride & Prejudice's Mr. Darcy star Matthew Macfadyen joining the MCU franchise in an undisclosed role for Deadpool 3.
And of course, there had been also speculations around Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen's Professor X and Magneto possibly returning to the MCU. However, it remains to be seen if we'll be seeing them on the main timeline or in an alternate dimension.
If Stewart does return, it would undoubtedly be a better treatment of his character than how he ended up in Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness.
Last but not least, Owen Wilson's Mobius M. Mobius from the Time Variance Authority is rumored to reprise his Loki role in Deadpool 3, especially given that the threequel's story is comprised of multiversal jumping and time-traveling.
If this does end up coming to fruition, the multiverse would likely end up in larger chaos for the Merc with the Mouth to tamper with.
