Chris Hemsworth Enticed By Marvel vs. DC Movie Crossover: ‘I Would Love For It To Happen’

Chris Hemsworth is enticed by the potential of a Marvel vs. DC movie crossover. With Marvel’s multiverse and the DC Extended Universe coming together in their own respective timelines, there is no stopping the possibilities of what a Marvel and DC crossover can do for the fans.

Although the actor previously admitted his MCU character could possibly be disappearing from the franchise soon, it would seem that he would at least want one last good fight to remember his role by, just in time for his retirement from Marvel.

Recently speaking with Geek House Show, in light of James Gunn’s new position as head of DC Studios along with the Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special, Hemsworth talks about how “It would be cool” if his ‘good friend’ Jason Momoa as Aquaman would be the one his MCU Thor would have to fight in the future.

Hemsworth had even agreed to a suggestion that Thor and Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam would be a hell of a great crossover, leading the actor to recall the first time he walked on the Infinity War set to meet the Guardians.

“For me, it’s like the first time I remember walking into the Infinity War set and meeting the Guardians. And it wasn’t Thor meeting the Guardians, it was Chris meeting Zoe Saldana, Chris Pratt, and so on. So I’m as much a fan as most people are. To be able to work with any of those [DC] people would inspire me in different ways and would be a lot of fun. And I think fans would love it.”

All MCU Films are currently streaming on Disney+ with DCU films on HBO Max. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
