Chainsaw Man: Tatsuki Fujimoto Twitter Account Disabled Due to Age Restrictions

There is a lot of Twitter drama right now and it looks like Tatsuki Fujimoto just found himself in the middle of one. The Chainsaw Man creator's Twitter account has just been disabled due to age restrictions.

If that sounds strange, there's actually a simple reason behind it. Tatsuki Fujimoto has been using a Twitter account pretending to be his younger sister for several years now and although fans are in on it, Elon Musk evidently isn't. Following the recent rollout of new rules on the platform, "Koharu Nagayama" has been locked out of her Twitter account because she is supposed to be a third-year elementary school student.

Since the account has been restricted, Chainsaw Man editor Shihei Lin has shared a statement.

"I have been informed that the account of Tatsuki Fujimoto's younger sister, Koharu-chan, has been deactivated due to problems with her registered age. Her brother, the author, has already contacted Twitter to resolve the situation. Ladies and gentlemen, we'd appreciate it if you can wait for her sister's return to Twitter. Thank you very much," Lin wrote.

It's certainly a strange time on Twitter right now and it's unfortunate that Fujimoto got himself in the middle of a confusing situation. Hopefully, this is all be resolved and the Chainsaw Man mangaka can continue tweeting as Koharu in the future.

In the meanwhile, Chainsaw Man is certainly on a roll. The latest episode of the anime had fans freaking out over the scene between Denji and Makima and also feeling very protective about Aki Hayakawa now that his backstory has been revealed.

The manga also has people talking as Chainsaw Man tried to reveal his identity to Asa Mitaka and the other survivor of Justice Devil's attack. Needless to say, we're going to see so much more of both the manga and anime in the near future.
