Chainsaw Man Manga Set for Interesting Update This Week

There is little doubt that fans are currently focused on the Chainsaw Man anime in anticipation of the fourth episode. However, Shihei Lin wants people to be hyped up about the manga as well. The editor has just teased some interesting updates on Tatsuki Fujimoto's work.

Shihei Lin shared the update on his Twitter account, revealing that an announcement will be made on Monday, October 31, 2022, at 12:00 PM JST. Although the Chainsaw Man editor did not reveal more details, Lin did confirm that it is a "slightly interesting project" related to the manga.

Naturally, fans were intrigued by Shihei Lin's tweet and began speculating on what the project is. Some are hoping that it will be something connected to the new protagonist Asa Mitaka or the War Devil known as Yoru. Others are hoping it would have something to do with beloved characters like Denji, Makima, or Pochita. However, we'll just have to wait until tomorrow to find out.

In the meantime, fans are already wondering what will happen in the Chainsaw Man anime. The previous episode saw Power tricking Denji so that the Bat Devil could drink his blood in exchange for Meowy's life. Unfortunately, the devil went back on the deal and devours the cat as well as Meowy. Denji, furious that he will not get to touch Power's boob as promised, goes after the Bat Devil to rescue Power and Meowy.

Chainsaw Man Episode 4 will undoubtedly feature the continuation and aftermath of the fight between Chainsaw Man and the Bat Devil. In addition to that, some of Denji's allies might even try to help him defeat the devil. With that in mind, we can't wait to see the next episode of the anime.

The announcement for the manga-based project will be dropped on Monday, October 31, 2022, at 12:00 PM JST. Chainsaw Man Episode 4 premieres on Wednesday, November 2, 2022.
