Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been locked in a messy court battle ever since they the Maleficent actress filed for divorce in September 2016. Though they are no longer together as a couple, the former lovebirds made it clear that they were not always at odds.
In 2021, the petition of Brad Pitt against a court ruling that disqualified Los Angeles superior court judge in his custody battle with Angelina Jolie was denied.
The Gia actress’ request to have the judge removed was grated in July last year after he had awarded the Ad Astra actor joint custody over their five minor kids – Vivienne, Knox, Zahara, Shiloh and Pax.

Did Brad Pitt Raise The White Flag Already?
Star Magazine, in its upcoming June 13, 2022 issue, reported that Brad Pitt has already given up on gaining more access to Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne and Knox. The seemingly endless custody battle of the By the Sea actor with Angelina Jolie has allegedly left him broken.
An unnamed source told the entertainment news publication:
“He’s convinced the only thing the litigation is doing is destroying his relationship with his kids. L.A. is a painful reminder of all he’s lost.”
The same source furthered that three of the Jolie-Pitt kids refuse to see Brad Pitt, saying:
“He still talks to Shiloh and the twins. But they’re not as lose as they were.”
With his fears being realized, Brad Pitt now reportedly wants to regroup at his French chateau Miraval with the hopes of repairing his relationship with his broken family. The tipster continued:
“The kids are growing up fast. Brad figures maybe it’s best if they come to him of their own volition.”

Us Magazine reported that Brad Pitt currently focuses on his work as he continues his custody battle with Angelina Jolie. An unnamed insider told the magazine:
“Brad has been holed up at his place. He occasionally enjoys downtime at his art studio. … He’s busy signing off on and brainstorming projects all the time, [and his production company] Plan B is always working on stuff.”
The informant went on:
“It’s very clear to him that Angie has gone out of her way to delay and stall the process. All he can do is work with his legal team and file the paperwork whilst responding to her claims. Month after month goes by with one piece of red tape after another, endless jumping through hoops and bickering between their lawyers with no resolution.”
